A very warm welcome, a hotel on a human scale, managed by people who want to please. Several relaxation areas with board games, books... We only stayed one night but we will definitely come back.

No hotel experience as no key to enter the room
An arrival with catastrophic care, at some point, excuses are not enough. Non-functional air conditioning. No bottled water or drinking fountain available. Tables barely cleaned, leaving the crumbs of the previous person. A room whose window overlooks the kitchen extractor and its smells... A bathroom from another time.
Very nice room with a nice atmosphere, spacious. I really appreciated it. Small note however not to change the towel every day. Normally (according to the documentation left in the bathroom) this should only be done if it is on the floor but even if I always left it hanging.
Comfortable, pleasant hotel with a perfect welcome. It's a shame there isn't a restaurant, especially since the area is a bit lacking in that respect.

We are always very well received and the morning cakes are very good.
Surprised when arriving late afternoon to find only one terminal to welcome me. Text messages and emails are sufficient to access the room. To improve: no possibility to request breakfast when booking online on the website. On the terminal, the choice is offered but for one person only when there were two of us. In the room, the big red air conditioning button bothered my wife when sleeping. The sockets are only on one side of the bed. Liked: the surroundings of the hotel and the original decor, the equipment of the room, spacious, the breakfast is varied. The best: the soundproofing of the room from the outside, the shower head that indicates its water consumption!
In addition, Julie is very welcoming and very professional! Nothing to say. I will come back.
A premium room on promotion, which offers unbeatable value for money on the outskirts of Bordeaux. Too bad the stopover is so expensive and no longer becomes advantageous for us, salespeople.

We are delighted with the services of this hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding, warm decoration and breakfast with delicious homemade pastries (the crumble is the best!). The staff is attentive and smiling. The parking outside is secure and the spaces are large. Thank you also for the 2 Nespresso pods in the room. In summary, we feel very good and we will come back.

Very good rating in all respects for the Novalis hotel which we recommend 100% However, due to exceptional closure, we were relocated to Ornon County… Beautiful hotel, but lack of professionalism and involvement of the staff who make drop the bill despite the fact that we were upgraded because to get the promised deals we still had to fight… Very nice Spa area, nice buffet breakfasts but you had to ask for sugar, butter, fruit juice, cutlery … and of all the tables cleared none were cleaned, too bad… In short Novalis yes 100%, Ornon County can and must do better…

We had a problem with the keycard on arrival and had to pick up the keys at another establishment as there was no reception. The room was very dark. We called when booking to make sure breakfast was indeed at 6:45 am as indicated on the Logis app. This was confirmed by phone, but breakfast was actually at 7:30 am! So it was impossible for my wife and two children to have breakfast. A text message was sent the day before as a booking reminder, but when I'm assured verbally and the website states it, I trust them. In my opinion, this hotel is nothing like a Logis; all the values of hospitality are the opposite of what Logis is all about!
