Decent hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. However, there is no restaurant on site (but there are more or less interesting restaurants within 200 m). Also, the air conditioning is noisy, which is a problem for sleeping peacefully during very hot spells. The hotel knows this and needs to have it "repaired"... but if we had known, we probably would have chosen another hotel.

One-night stay in a beautiful village of Rochemaure, very clean hotel, welcoming and smiling staff. Very good breakfasts with local products. Excellent value for money. The only downside is the insulation, the building is a bit dated if there is noise from outside it can become annoying for light sleepers. Very nice experience, congratulations to the team.

We loved this hotel and the couple who run it. We received a lovely welcome for our stop off night on the way back to Paris, never stayed there before but what a gem and great value for money. Pets are welcome for a small fee. Room was very spacious and clean with a very large comfortable bed with plenty of electricity sockets either side. Very modern and clean bathroom with good shower and separate toilet, there was more than enough room for all of us. Small parking area outside but plenty of other parking available nearby if full. The village is stunning as the skyline is dominated by the castle which looks amazing at night as it’s beautifully illuminated. Not many restaurants open on a Sunday, so we drove 8 minutes to the nearest town Montelimar where everything was open and was equally calm and pleasant and it was really romantic to walk the streets after our meal, the town is very charming and we could have easily spent more time in the area. If we are in the area again it is where we would want to stay, probably more so than where we actually went on vacation………

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The location is ideal for a vacation with a beautiful view, a relaxing terrace for a drink, and a great breakfast with local and homemade products.

Very pleasant hotel, clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. The breakfast, simple but with good local products, was very pleasant. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of Rochemaure Castle.

The pictures on Booking.com promised me a cozy hotel with a feel-good atmosphere. We were disappointed because, although the rooms and bathrooms were renovated or partially renovated, the hallway and the room itself, for example, had an ancient carpet, the lighting was dim, and the hallway felt like it was from the 1950s. Yes, it had been renovated, but it seemed very unprofessional and homemade. The hotel gave us the impression of an old youth hostel. The hotel is very soundproof; you could overhear conversations in the hallway word for word, and you could clearly hear the toilet flushing, shower, and especially the hairdryer in the neighboring rooms. However, the staff was very friendly, and the mattresses were very comfortable.

Perfect hotel for a night stay (or a couple of nights). We were travelling with two families with children on our way back home. I would surely recommend the hotel. Rooms were clean, hosts were kind and hospitable.

Very good hotel for a one-night stay. Some improvements could be made: providing a kettle for tea and herbal teas (the water in the coffee machine isn't ideal), removing the carpet from the room floor. Lack of shutters or exterior blinds to protect the windows from the sun.

I highly recommend this hotel! The quality of welcome and service is perfect. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The breakfast and its fresh products are a plus that adds to all that.

I arrived two hours early, but that wasn't a problem. There are two small restaurants in the village. The climb up to the castle ruins (Moorish fortress) is very steep, I didn't see anyone on the tour. Beautiful view from up there. On the other side, towards the Rhone, there is an interesting suspension bridge, only for pedestrians and cyclists. It spans a tributary or old arm of the Rhone.

De kamer in orde. Misschien een kleine opmerking: te weinig algemeen licht in de kamer dat je niet kan uitzetten vanuit je bed.
Leuk dat het toilet apart is. Aan het bad muste ik iets om aan vast te houden om uit het bad te stappen.

Goede ligging, aan een drukke straat, maar geen hinder gehad. In het dorp heb je een mooi uitzicht op de ruïne.
Er is alles voorhanden, van bakker tot cafe en restaurants. Ligt iets buiten Montélimar, een pluspunt.

Super hôtel pour une étape réussie sur la Viarhôna ♥️ accueil très sympathique, bar sous platanes très sympa, chambre nickel, plutôt grande, très calme, grande télé, grande sdb avec baignoire, wc séparé, petit dej parfait, parking à vélos sécurisé. Bref, pas la peine de chercher ailleurs 😉 d’autant que le rapport qualité/prix est excellent 👍et la déco vintage/brocante des espaces communs est très appréciable 💕

The host are really friendly, they create a lovely atmosphere in the house. the bar is very welcoming the mattress is comfy, the room is spacious, really nice overall and the village of Rochemaure is quite fascinating with the old castle and chapel

A small family-run hotel near the A7, very pleasant as a stopover when travelling south or north. The car park is not locked, but is somewhat hidden, so you know that your packed car is safe there. Hotel, rooms and reception correspond to the description, everything is clean, good breakfast - can be eaten outside when the weather is nice. Nice hosts.

Everything was perfect during our stay at the Logis Hôtel Médiéval de Rochemaure. We were welcomed by a very pleasant young couple, available and smiling, ready to help and respond to our requests. We travel by bike, as soon as we arrived, we were offered to put our water bottles in the fridge for our departure. A secure bicycle room where it is even possible to recharge the batteries. A tasty breakfast, offering a wide choice of fresh and regional products. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, quiet and very well equipped. We will not hesitate to return to this establishment.

The hosts are incredibly kind, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The pros: local products at breakfast and delicious ice creams made not far away, balcony, shaded garden, proximity to the main roads to discover the many local curiosities. The cons: I can't find any :)

Stop near Montélimar in Rochemaure on the holiday route. Nice hotel in a typical village. Reasonable price for a room for 3 adults. Hearty and varied breakfast with local products. Heartwarming welcome. The only downside is that the parking lot is small. I recommend.

It's just a shame that there is no restaurant, even if it were just a single menu upon reservation like in some other accommodations that would be perfect. Otherwise everything is very good and very friendly.

The common areas of this hotel are very spacious and welcoming: shaded terrace on the garden side, tastefully decorated lounge and breakfast room and bar! One of my most pleasant stays. The owners are very attentive (the first evening, all the restaurants in town were closed, the owner kindly offered to get us pizzas, to enjoy on the terrace with their delicious Belgian beer from the hotel bar)

Hotel with a warm welcome and well located in relation to the region. The hotel is located not far from the city's restaurants, the hotel is quiet and on the way to Viarhona. The hotel also has the bicycle welcome label and has storage space for bicycles. The hotel has a charm, I loved its vintage look. The breakfast was good and well stocked and also included good local products. The rooms were spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel located in a very beautiful village. The managers are welcoming. The room is rather large, as is the bathroom space. Very good breakfast with quality regional and homemade products. Few parking spaces in front of the hotel but spaces were available a few meters away in another small parking lot. Passing through for one night, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Very very well located in the village: at the gates of the medieval streets and the path leading to the castle, 5 minutes walk from the Himalayan footbridge, opposite a Tacos&Burger, 2 bakeries, a pizzeria and an Asian... . Despite the busy road nearby the room was perfectly quiet, with a view of a stone courtyard and vegetation. For 3, the room space was sufficient; Comfortable bathroom, duvets too, Nespresso machine available. No kettle or fridge though, too bad. A few parking spaces, but insufficient if the hotel is full.

It's a very charming and pleasant couple who run this accommodation-hotel, it's a great team! This accommodation-hotel that I chose because it had the “cosy” label is not to my taste. It is apparently newly rehabilitated and it is a shame that we notice in terms of the services that it was done economically for example the bedside tables are tiny no place to put a laptop or other, there is no socket current available to plug in your cell phone, the layout of the room is zen and more than sober. For the bathroom it would be good to provide a bath mat because the bathtub is slippery and we had to put a towel at the bottom of the bathtub to avoid slipping. The breakfast, however, is the best we have had in the week we have been traveling (3-star hotels in the Best Western and Petit Prince chain in Ste Maxime) the products are excellent and everything is in abundance. Good luck to this welcoming and courageous young couple
