Excellent! Great tip for a visit.
This hotel has recently been taken over by a young and very friendly team. A pleasant surprise at a reasonable price. Good value for money. A very clean room, and with roller shutters! The breakfast was more than adequate. We will be back.
Warm welcome, friendly and competent
Good quality bedding, blackout blinds, BUT: No decoration in this rather impersonal room. TV volume stuck at 25 (probably due to the poor soundproofing). Even my granddaughters couldn't hear it. Bathroom: not even a shelf or small piece of furniture to put toiletries or bags; I wasn't informed that the restaurant was closed for renovations. No dinner at the hotel with my two granddaughters, and no option for a continental breakfast either. Being intolerant to wheat and sugary foods, I always choose hotels based on the "savory breakfast" criterion. I wasn't informed of this when I made the reservation. So, disappointment.
Friendly welcome, decent room, but the soundproofing around the doors was inadequate. The restaurant was under renovation, so breakfast wasn't what was advertised. However, a 10% discount was applied to the original price. Ideally located in the city center.
The hotel failed to mention that the restaurant was closed for renovations, so we had to go out again for dinner and eat breakfast in our room at a small table with only one chair. The bathroom was tiny, the shower Lilliputian, and there was no soundproofing from the neighbors. The gesture of goodwill wasn't enough to make up for my disappointment.

Small, intimate hotel with inspired decor! We really appreciated the super comfortable bedding, and the breakfast too! In short, a nice surprise!

Very good hotel, well located in Amboise. The welcome and service are excellent. The rooms, although not very large, are clean and of good quality. In addition, the establishment has an excellent restaurant that offers quality food and impeccable service.

Very good. Small hotel in the center of Amboise. Very clean. Friendly staff. The only downside that was reported was that there was a gap in the bedding, so it was a slight comfort issue. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Very well located hotel! Friendly staff, spotless room, just one problem with the toilet seat that didn't want to stay in place. If you sleep with the window open, it's a bit noisy when you're used to quiet! It's not a small, insignificant problem that made my stay bad! I recommend this hotel.

Hotel very well located for visiting Amboise on foot
Very warm welcome. Small but adequate room. Very clean, even in the corners. Very well equipped. Nothing is missing, and I encourage many other hotels to follow suit. The restaurant is also very good. We will return if we return to Amboise.

Great location and very friendly staff. Car park was rélatively close which was good. Room was good size for our family.
I had seen a few negative ratings on this place so I was kind of worried before I got there. However, as of May of 25’, they must have done some refurbishing. My room was clean, neat, and comfortable. Everything worked great. I especially loved the mirror with the lights built in, the AC, and the electric blinds.
While I didn’t get to eat dinner there, the food looked fantastic.

I know online it said free parking. While they don’t necessarily have free parking on site, free parking is very close, a 3-4 minute walk. Park at (Parking Autocars (Amboise)” on Google maps. It is the closest free parking.
Overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend.
Very confusing welcome... otherwise the hotel is good. Breakfast is okay, but you shouldn't be too hungry... the quantities are not very generous.

Excellent welcome, hotel and room very clean and well equipped, good value for money. Just a small remark (regarding the comfort of the room): A second chair would have been welcome.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were delighted by the welcome and kindness of all the staff. The young woman at the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very clean and adequate for two nights. The breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious.
