Excellent hotel, nothing to complain about, very welcoming.
Friendly and comfortable hotel, good location and convenient private parking. Our dinner in the restaurant was outstanding and very good value. The staff were professional, helpful and engaging. All the dishes we had were sublime.
The rooms are very nice but so noisy! Several of us complained about the noise of running water at night, it woke me up at 5 a.m., impossible to sleep after that.
Very warm welcome, attentive and helpful receptionist (he carried my suitcase to the room). Too bad there is no elevator to access the rooms.
Very good hotel and excellent welcome from the staff. Little touches await you in the room which stand out compared to other 3* hotels, really very much appreciated. Just a slight downside for my room (17) on the street side not very well soundproofed (despite the double windows). For the rest everything was perfect and I will come back

I've been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Langon. The size is human, the whole team is friendly, and the room is comfortable.
I will return there as soon as I stay in the area again for my construction sites.

Having stayed there three times, my first two experiences were very pleasant. Beautiful room, tastefully decorated establishment. Last night, which will certainly be the last, I find the price so outrageous for such a bad room!! A filthy room, at 135 euros with breakfast on an evening stopover, no dinner included in the package. Small, bathroom absolutely not practical, no curtain on the only window which looks out onto another building in the room, every outside noise extremely noticeable, in the room above I could hear everything and at 8 a.m., woken up by the company just downstairs sawing concrete blocks. A discount of 13.50 was granted but that absolutely does not reconcile me to this horrible experience. It seems that when you take an evening stopover you deserve to be in the closet. Extremely shocked, I am at the hotel all year, I have never seen that. The arrival was complicated because it was the dinner boom.

We arrived earlier than expected and no one was at the hotel but we were given the code to get into the building. We used the lobby restroom and stored our luggage and went to lunch,
Initially. we were given a room on the 2nd floor(3rd in America). The stairs were steep and after reaching the room, I had to ask for a room on the 1st floor(2nd in America). Staff was very accommodating and graciously changed our room and moved our luggage.
I wish the room had USB charging ports.
The last 4 steps before the 1st floor landing has a rope for the banister. When I would grab it to assist me up the last 4 steps, it moved around. It made me very uncomfortable and afraid of falling.
There was no extra toilet paper in the room, I had to go down to the front desk to get some.

Charming little hotel with chic and cozy decor, ideally located in the center of Langon. The room is beautifully and tastefully decorated, offering a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet and a large bathtub. We also appreciated the calm and the welcome.

Friendly staff, great location, free parking. The outside bathroom light switch didn't work and the shower hose was leaking. The sink faucet can't be fully opened because it's touching the wall. The phone also didn't work to call reception. 2-night stay, room wasn't cleaned and drinks (coffee, water) weren't refilled. Quite disappointing for a 3-star property.

Spacious hotel with lots of charm. It should be even better in sunny weather as there is a beautiful terrace. Attentive and very efficient staff. We had heard that it was a former postal establishment and had fun imagining where the clerks' counters, the parcel room, the financial services, the mail sorting room for the postmen, as well as the receiver's office, must have been.
Very good. Chef did a special vegan meal for me which was very welcome and unexpected in France.

Having known the place for years, it's always a real pleasure to rediscover a new room among the 16 different ones present within the establishment. Always professional welcome, attentiveness to the customer present, touch of humor from the oenologist in the restaurant's dining room when it comes to the subject of drinks, everything is clearly positive. We can't describe everything to you, a little effort and you will discover for yourself this place to live ;)

Unfortunately the reception was not manned when we arrived and we had to wait more than 15 minutes before someone appeared. However they were very apologetic. After that the service was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very large, very clean and tastefully decorated. Will definitely return.
