Logis Hôtel Lukaina

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The large family room is a relatively rare find. It was very clean. The food was excellent. We just found the breakfasts a little expensive.

The hosts and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was great.

Everything was great. We appreciated the excellent soundproofing. Our room was above the restaurant and the main street, and on the evening we were there, there was a festival in Urrugne. In addition, the church bell rings every hour, even at night. No problem once the window was closed; we slept perfectly well.

The staff is very pleasant and the breakfast is plentiful with good quality products. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the village. However, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and the outside is quite noisy with street noise and the church bells ringing frequently.

The hotel is quite outdated. There's no air conditioning, just a cheap fan, and it's extremely hot. The bathroom sink is broken, as is the mirror on the closet door. There are cobwebs on the wall lights, hair in the sink, and holes in the placo covered with tissues. It's very noisy; the room overlooks the street, and the church bells ring every half hour—a detail not mentioned at the time of booking. The hotel's description at the time of booking is inaccurate, and the price is too high for the services provided.

The hotel, staff, and room were all excellent. They were very friendly, and the room was fantastic. Breakfast was extra but delicious and well worth it. The only drawback, which doesn't detract from the hotel's overall quality as it's not their fault, is that the church across the street rings its bells all night long.

Excellent stay, very kind host

A charming, traditional inn located in the heart of a village near the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The breakfast is superb, featuring fresh and delicious products. Two things to note: - the church directly opposite rings every 30 minutes. This could be a drawback for light sleepers. - the lack of air conditioning (but this is due to an environmental awareness campaign).

A room in the attic with no air conditioning during a heatwave. The bathroom was barely big enough for short people. No shower gel, no cleaning between rentals. For the price, you'd expect a higher standard of service. I travel a lot, and being in the Basque Country is no longer enough! Very disappointed. I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs.

Couldn’t be better located on the edge of the main square but that also can bring challenges with noise on hot nights. Beautiful village with several eating options

A charming, warm, and authentic inn. The setting is delightful. The chef's cuisine is a magnificent culinary experience. Fresh ingredients, sophisticated side dishes and sauces that are never pretentious, and an approach that prioritizes authenticity and simplicity. Each dish is refined, balanced, and generous in flavor. A truly high-quality experience, all the more enjoyable given the particularly reasonable prices for the level of excellence offered.
