Fabulous experience, the setting is exceptional, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is fabulous with every comfort and its small terrace hidden from view, we are very happy with it. The swimming pool is a plus and we took advantage of it. The breakfast is generous with a very well-stocked buffet. A weekend to repeat absolutely.
Very good establishment that we already knew. So no surprises! Very friendly team of young people all wanting to do the best, all these young people are efficient and smiling. The quality of the cuisine is beyond reproach; A little tip, the oysters (half a dozen) are presented in a small hollow dish filled with ice. They are arranged vertically which has the effect of letting all their water escape. It's a shame.
Restaurant no longer serves after 8:30 p.m. on weekends. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool which unfortunately was not heated and therefore inaccessible. Very strong smell of sewer backflow... in short, we will not return there again.

A great hotel for a stopover, with many amenities available for an additional fee when booking. The swimming pool is free. We received a very warm welcome in English. Although our hostess apologized for her limited English, it was perfectly fine (and ten times better than our French). Good bar and restaurant. Excellent wine list with reasonable prices. Extensive and good breakfast buffet. However, the breakfast room could use a more inviting atmosphere. We had a standard room on the first floor. The room had been renovated, but it has a high step. The height of this step varies per room, which is not convenient for guests with disabilities. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It's important to read the terms and conditions regarding payment. A 30% deposit is required upon booking. You will receive an email with a link for this deposit. Upon arrival, you must charge the remaining amount for room and breakfast, plus the estimated cost of dinner, to your credit card. You will pay everything upon departure, and the credit card reservation will expire the following day. This may be due to negative experiences, but it is quite cumbersome and not very customer-friendly.

Very good hotel, small downside concerning the danger when leaving the parking lot. Cars drive very very fast on this departmental road. If you stay at the front, it is impossible to sleep with the window open given the heavy traffic on this road.
We came for an event at the Vittel racecourse and the hotel location was perfect for us. Very warm welcome and restaurant, friendly staff.

So happy with the room, the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and extensive. We had a lovely swim in the pool, and the staff were very friendly and spoke several languages.
Excellent hotel for a journey to southern Europe
For my part, a mixed opinion... It's mainly the fact of not having had the room that we were supposed to have and rehoused in a room with a smaller surface area (according to the evacuation plan) and as small as in a Formula 1 (ok I may be exaggerating a little) without any commercial gesture from the team. And even a simple cocktail at the bar would have been enough. I was asked to see with the "manager" but the next day we were out all day and I'm not in the habit of making a fuss. Swimming pool advertised as heated... uh no... After the wellness area (paying extra) is ok. Otherwise clean room, functional bathroom even if the only socket is that of the hair dryer.

The hotel is located just outside of town, opposite the racecourse, surrounded by greenery. The town center can be reached either by a long walk or by car, where parking is readily available.
The room was a bit small, but the welcome was very warm. The restaurant also provided a very good meal and a generous breakfast. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the spa.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear the main road and your neighbors in your room. No TV available, no Wi-Fi, and no 4G network. €156 for one night/breakfast, a scandal!

The hotel and the place are nice. Be careful with the rooms in the first old part, my room overlooked the kitchen and it is quite noisy. A little disappointed with the breakfast, few products and out of fruit salad. The hotel is nice and access to the swimming pool is a plus.

You have to step over the toilet to close the door. Broken bathroom furniture! Nice setting in the pool area but not very warm! Sauna, hammam and jacuzzi extra! 30e for 2 hours! the booking software is not up to par; no feedback from the booking before the date of the stay. the staff did not notice that I had made the same booking twice, so I had to pay an extra night for nothing. the hotel is very far from the city and there is no satisfactory internet connection. nice well heated swimming pool the restaurant is ok, but the composition of the dishes is not very precise, you can discover that there is cheese in the chosen dish, without having been warned... we were served champagne in red wine glasses and the waiters were wearing t-shirts! ordinary breakfast, the bread is excellent, but the pastries are mediocre.
The hotel meets expectations. The restaurant, on the other hand, not at all. The quality of the dishes ordered is unworthy of the name "savoureux". Tasteless and poor preparation. We assume that Logis nevertheless applies a number of quality criteria. This experience affects the credibility of the labels awarded, despite previous positive experiences.

Very clean hotel, pleasant welcome, spacious room. Disappointed by the spa which we found very expensive for the few services it offers. 30 euros per person for 2 hours with a whirlpool bath which was occupied practically all our time, a hammam and a sauna. We regretted this option which is not up to its price. For us it would be to be reviewed in comparison with other establishments. The restaurant is very good. Quality staff and meals. We enjoyed ourselves. Correct breakfast lacks a little heat. And more supplies at the end. Recommended to take it in the first hours.
Disappointing hotel, expensive for the service: motel-style room in an annex, no insulation at the door, draft in the room and uncomfortable bedding. We will not return to this hotel, even if the restaurant and spa were very good.
I thought I had booked two nights "stopover", but in the end it was just a room with breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel I realized the booking error and the person at reception did not offer to change the booking and/or adapt it. No effort was made. The food in the industrial restaurant, the dish arrives with the cold accompaniment (puree and vegetables). The room is not insulated and you can hear the cars/trucks on the road next to the hotel, but especially the hotel's washing machine which works even after 10 p.m. !!!!!!
Seeing that the environmental rating of the Hotel is 100%, I was expecting real glass and cups in the room rather than cardboard/plastic cups wrapped with plastic bags. Other simple solutions could be to avoid many food packaging on breakfast buffet: no more individual portions for yogurt, butter, and so on. Those small changes could lead to significant improvements. I'll check next time! ;-)
Small downside and disappointment upon our arrival, concerning a request for a deposit (€250). Loyal customers of the restaurant, and moreover having stayed several times at the hotel, this is the first time that we have been asked for a deposit by credit card.
A good hotel and a nice place to rest. Spacious and comfortable room. The restaurant is excellent, I highly recommend. Very welcoming hotel staff. Our disappointment is on the wellness / SPA area and the swimming pool. Very cold 😔. The outdoor jacuzzi was very very cold. We couldn't even enjoy the 2 hours we had paid for because it was so cold. The indoor pool, which was supposed to be heated, was in the same state 😔.
This was a great experience with my partner. We loved the room and the staff who were attentive. The pool was clean and we had the opportunity to go to the SPA area and have a 25-minute massage. The jacuzzi was cold outside, the floor of the room had some marks but everything else was superb!

Hotel well located in relation to Vittel and the surrounding towns. Friendly and accommodating welcome. Overall stay very satisfactory but some details could be improved such as the equipment in the standard rooms (no cotton buds for example or individual soap, the telephone hs, no "real" toilet paper etc ... for the price of the room, we expected a little more comfort but pleasant bedding. The restaurant is very pleasant, the products are fresh and very good, small downside on the temperature of the dishes, they were served almost cold it's a shame! The breakfast is very good overall.

The hotel is located near a busy road; so depending on the room, you can hear the traffic quite a bit. Far too many things with extra charge... The simple fact of going to the swimming pool requires you to rent (for a fee) a specific towel!! I find that exaggerated! And I'm not even talking about the sandals and the bathrobe (that's OK, you can bring it), the sauna rental... Furthermore, if everything seems to suggest that we are in a good range of hotel; there are quite a few small hiccups: - in the room: beautiful and large room, with very good bedding; BUT in the toilet (separate from the bathroom; Great), the toilet brush holder is half torn off; the doors (toilet and bathroom) are damaged; in the shower, several tiles are missing from the floor.... - catering: Of course, we ate well (good quality); but on 2 occasions, we had to call back the waiter who had brought us the soup, because there was no spoon. Another evening, the waiter had difficulty uncorking a bottle (again, this can happen, but the problem lies elsewhere). Unable to remove the cork, the waiter took the bottle to the kitchen. Then, he came back to serve us this wine without having decanted or filtered it: as a result, we had small pieces of cork in our glasses.

We did not expect to find a room with many damp patches. Organizational problems in the restaurant where the service can be very slow. Even the menu displayed outside is not updated. Overall does not live up to its ambitions and that is a shame. The team is very friendly and welcoming.

We spent one night in this Hotel. The welcome was warm and professional. The room is a little small despite its certain comfort. On the other hand, the price/quality ratio of the breakfast is not there (mostly defrost product, little choice whether sweet or savory). We still took advantage of the swimming pool which is welcoming and discreet. Overall good stay.

First time I've been to a hotel with a swimming pool and treatments, I'm satisfied, not too many more people in this season. The location is quiet between forest and fields, very good for relaxing.
Prima lokatie voor een overnachting als je onderweg bent tussen Noord en Zuid Frankrijk. Ruime kaart met veel keuze; de gerechten die wij hadden waren allemaal prima. Vooral de foie gras (onze guilty pleasure wanneer we in Frankrijk zijn) was uitstekend.
Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, in het restaurant is de bediening nog wel een beetje stijfjes maar niet zo dat vervelend was😉
the men at the service are very unpleasant, not smiling, lacking a sense of welcome, unlike the women. The massage is perfect but the price is double what you find in town. The restaurant is satisfactory, the dishes well presented, vegetarian meals are possible. The spa was broken, to our request for a discount to enjoy the sauna, the response was to wait for the manager. In the end, we didn't get a response. The wardrobe in the double bedroom is tiny.

We spent one night at the hotel with breakfast and dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Concerning the restaurant, it is truly faultless on all points. The menu is really varied and all the dishes offered are tempting. We feasted. Regarding the rooms, very good value for money. In the package we had access to the hotel swimming pool. Small note regarding this one, the water could have been a little warmer for my taste, but that didn't stop us from having a good time. The setting is very nice with their pretty trompe l'oeil ceiling. As for breakfast, really nothing to complain about: choice and quality. There is something for everyone and everyone can find what they are looking for. To conclude, it was a great discovery in relation to the price of the services. A big favorite with the restaurant, which is a real plus for the hotel. Thank you to the entire staff team.

Classic breakfast, nothing to say, except very classic. However, the toilets are tiny, closing the door is a sport in itself, then you will be well wedged between the toilet paper holder and the wall. Deplorable WiFi.
