The room wasn't ready upon arrival (unmade bed, towels on the floor...) so we had to change rooms. The meal was simple with some dishes out of stock. Breakfast had a good selection. The spa and massage were excellent.
Everything was great.

Very attentive staff
Hello, I have several points to address regarding room 101: 1- There is a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. 2- The fitted sheet has a large, very visible yellow stain on the white. 3- The heat pump or air conditioning unit located next to the window makes a constant noise, and there is no option to use a unit located in the room. 4- The meal was good, but I asked to upgrade from the €22 set menu to the €27 one, which added €10 to the final bill. 5- The hairdryer, or rather its button, is very unreliable; you have to hold it down while using it. 6- The mattress is not sagging, but bulging.
Pleasant stay in beautiful context.
Ordered a privilege room, initially received a standard room, then moved to an unprepared privilege room. No heating or hot water. No sofa bed as described.

No heating despite numerous reminders. The reception was average. The room was very disappointing in terms of value for money, and the €35 welcome option was clearly a rip-off.

We had a wonderful weekend. A very warm welcome, excellent service, and highly professional staff.
Fabulous experience, the setting is exceptional, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is fabulous with every comfort and its small terrace hidden from view, we are very happy with it. The swimming pool is a plus and we took advantage of it. The breakfast is generous with a very well-stocked buffet. A weekend to repeat absolutely.
Very good establishment that we already knew. So no surprises! Very friendly team of young people all wanting to do the best, all these young people are efficient and smiling. The quality of the cuisine is beyond reproach; A little tip, the oysters (half a dozen) are presented in a small hollow dish filled with ice. They are arranged vertically which has the effect of letting all their water escape. It's a shame.
Restaurant no longer serves after 8:30 p.m. on weekends. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool which unfortunately was not heated and therefore inaccessible. Very strong smell of sewer backflow... in short, we will not return there again.

A great hotel for a stopover, with many amenities available for an additional fee when booking. The swimming pool is free. We received a very warm welcome in English. Although our hostess apologized for her limited English, it was perfectly fine (and ten times better than our French). Good bar and restaurant. Excellent wine list with reasonable prices. Extensive and good breakfast buffet. However, the breakfast room could use a more inviting atmosphere. We had a standard room on the first floor. The room had been renovated, but it has a high step. The height of this step varies per room, which is not convenient for guests with disabilities. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It's important to read the terms and conditions regarding payment. A 30% deposit is required upon booking. You will receive an email with a link for this deposit. Upon arrival, you must charge the remaining amount for room and breakfast, plus the estimated cost of dinner, to your credit card. You will pay everything upon departure, and the credit card reservation will expire the following day. This may be due to negative experiences, but it is quite cumbersome and not very customer-friendly.

Very good hotel, small downside concerning the danger when leaving the parking lot. Cars drive very very fast on this departmental road. If you stay at the front, it is impossible to sleep with the window open given the heavy traffic on this road.
We came for an event at the Vittel racecourse and the hotel location was perfect for us. Very warm welcome and restaurant, friendly staff.

So happy with the room, the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and extensive. We had a lovely swim in the pool, and the staff were very friendly and spoke several languages.
Excellent hotel for a journey to southern Europe
For my part, a mixed opinion... It's mainly the fact of not having had the room that we were supposed to have and rehoused in a room with a smaller surface area (according to the evacuation plan) and as small as in a Formula 1 (ok I may be exaggerating a little) without any commercial gesture from the team. And even a simple cocktail at the bar would have been enough. I was asked to see with the "manager" but the next day we were out all day and I'm not in the habit of making a fuss. Swimming pool advertised as heated... uh no... After the wellness area (paying extra) is ok. Otherwise clean room, functional bathroom even if the only socket is that of the hair dryer.

Upon arriving in the room, the dirty clothes of the person who had stayed there before me were still on the radiator. I informed reception, but nothing was done, so from a cleanliness standpoint, I wonder how the room was cleaned. Then, at mealtime, the service from the waiters was appalling. No local beer, even though it was on the menu. In short, not great.
Too bad there is no fan or air conditioning and the room overlooks the very noisy main road and you have to choose between the heat or the natural light.
I've been a customer for several years. Slightly disappointed this time. I found a dirty towel in my room, but I forgot to report it. I also noticed a slight change in the quality of the meal. The starter was okay. The butcher's dish was very small and of average quality, in my opinion. The dessert was fine. I'll come back, but I felt there's been a decline.

We have already stayed and used the restaurant at the edge of the woods several times and the quality remains very good after several years.

The hotel is located just outside of town, opposite the racecourse, surrounded by greenery. The town center can be reached either by a long walk or by car, where parking is readily available.
The restaurant was perfect, excellent value for money and good service. Lunch, however, was rather disappointing. At 9:15, there was no more wholemeal bread, only undercooked white baguettes, and even then, only upon request. Finally, there was only one mini croissant left. Given the number of customers they were expecting, they should perhaps be better organized.
The room was a bit small, but the welcome was very warm. The restaurant also provided a very good meal and a generous breakfast. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the spa.
Quietly located hotel with all the necessary comforts, quality restaurant on site, full breakfast, very pleasant swimming pool and for those who wish spa treatments...
A bit dated for a 3-star hotel. Paintwork needs updating, bedding needs replacing.
