You have to want to come to this charming but somewhat isolated corner of the countryside, which has the advantage of having the soul of deep Burgundy and a lot of calm. Less than 20 minutes away you can visit St Seine l'Abbaye...and further on the source of the Seine. The hotel and restaurant have just been acquired by a charming couple Charlène and Yann, who is a very high-level cook. Clean, quiet, well-insulated rooms, and a very complete breakfast. The restaurant is at the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant, with less constraints. The dishes are extraordinary, delicious, and unbeatable value for money.

Pleasant and relaxing stay: very clean room, bathroom and restaurant. Friendly and smiling staff. Dinner was excellent and plentiful, as was breakfast. The young owners took the time to chat with us before our departure and we appreciated this exchange. We recommend this address and we will return with great pleasure.

I didn't know this establishment, I went there for a business trip! I was very pleasantly surprised from start to finish! Extremely clean hotel and annexes! Spacious room and classy furniture and comfortable bedding! The icing on the cake when I was able to sit down for dinner, namely that I took the stopover formula, the dinner was more than excellent, you can feel all the trouble they put in both the service and the cuisine! They deserve much more stars! I will definitely come back! Highly recommended!
