Hotel with free parking, convenient and appreciated. The reception was adequate, although a bit more friendliness would have been welcome. The room was large and functional, and the bathroom was clean. Good soundproofing from the outside (no street noise), but a major problem with soundproofing between rooms: you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors, which somewhat detracts from the comfort. No restaurant on site, but the hotel offers discounts at partner restaurants. Breakfast is simple and adequate. No overnight package, and the value for money isn't very good considering the services offered.
Warm welcome and comfortable room
Very warm welcome, the manager is great!
The reception is professional, the room is 12m² with beautiful decoration, a little narrow for 2 people. The person on the wall side should not be of a heavy build, because about 30/40cm to stand up. The bedding is comfortable.

It's a shame that the welcome, like the departure, is limited to the bare minimum. The morning greeting, among other things, doesn't seem to be part of the routine...

Everything was perfect, the value for money is unbeatable. We suffered from the heat. If you are considering installing air conditioning, then you will be at 6* 😊
We chose this hotel because we needed somewhere with bike storage near to Rennes.

Very pleasant, large, quiet, and comfortable room. A small downside was the breakfast, which wasn't great.

L'insonorisation est vraiment à revoir... Les toilettes étaient sales à notre arrivée. Le lit était par contre confortable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait pour nous.

Quiet and well-kept hotel (clean)
Nice hotel, comfortable room. The only downside is the breakfast, which in my experience was not great. I arrived after the morning rush and there wasn't much left...no restocking in fact. I'm a fan of simple breakfasts with REAL fresh bread (the kind that comes from the baker...not the freezer) and this was not the case. For the rest, nothing to say.

Hotel with nice welcome, rooms with space. Old rooms. Breakfast to improve on the presentation, diversity, quantity and quality of the products presented.
Soundproofing of the rooms non-existent, you can hear everything that happens next door. It's not a restaurant, they just heat up dishes. And they charge 102 euros per evening for that?
