Central location and safe bicycle storage
Cordial welcome and kindness. Very pleasant.
Excellent welcome, the whole team is very pleasant and smiling and takes great care. Well located. The only thing is the decor which could do with a good bit of updating and modernity but then it's not the end of the world either, and that ultimately has its charm, because the room is affordable too, so you have to appreciate the value for money and it's very correct and the owner and her teams are so nice that we forget the rest. Hotel also very quiet and you can sleep there in complete peace.
Unfortunately due to very bad weather Condor Ferries had to cancel our trip to France. We contacted the hotel and advised them of the situation and they were very understanding and cancelled our reservation. We are trying to rebook the trip and will be in touch with the hotel as soon as possible.

Magnificent building of character
Superb place! A warm welcome ! Everything is perfect !
Excellent welcome, although I would also have appreciated a small bottle of water when arriving in the room as we sometimes get in more modest hotels. The hotel has an old/chic style which may please, the bedding is of very good quality. The only problem I encountered is the lazy heating, especially in the bathroom. My stay is positive and I will probably come back if I pass through Pontivy again.
Excellent hotel in every way
A lovely old building in the centre of town with some excellent restaurants in strolling distance. Les madames couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Massive bed and room. Excellent all round (though the floor in the bedroom does squeak a bit!)

We arrived greeted by two small dog aggressive greetings from the frosty manageress. Paying private parking when it is indicated free tourist tax to be paid immediately for 2€ it is insulting limit finally in short the setting is very beautiful and well located but the 3 stars are not representative of the service. In the room we had the company of cobwebs a fridge closed with keys and not accessible an unpleasant odor and the bedding reserves you a backache when you wake up. The breakfast in very nice table service, but unfortunately the contents are not there !!!!!!! two poor sweets coffee pod empty box we had to ask for it, the orange juice in an empty cardboard box in the fridge the cereals were out in the open in terms of hygiene it leaves something to be desired and for the eggs it is to you cook them all that for the modest sum of 12€50 per frankly inadmissible person you will be better served at McDonald's for 8€. For the benefits the price is not at all justified.

5 stars is not enough to express our satisfaction. The welcome, the availability and the sympathy of the managers allowed us to have a wonderful stay. I could have shared a very satisfactory opinion, if when paying, I had not been asked for an additional cost of €21 €12 for breakfast: normal: except that this price is not announced at the time of the reservation by booking. 1 € tourist tax: normal 8 € for parking, at no time was the parking lot presented to me as paying. (very high price: 1 night) I prefer and I like this type of hotel a little 'old', superb breakfast table service. But beware of price slippages that could make me give up this choice. B Valletta

The bathroom paintings are faded. There was only one set of bath towels. The towel rack does not hold well. One of the wall lights is detached from the wall and does not work. Given the standard of the hotel there could be a kettle with tea, brewed coffee, etc. There were ants in the honey. Too expensive for this type of stay. It doesn't look neat and there's no attention to detail. The antique furniture is beautiful, the china for breakfast is beautiful, but old does not mean old-fashioned. It should be classy instead.
