Very good establishment!!!
Accidentally left a pair of Apple AirPods behind, phoned to be told they weren’t there. Drove all the way back to hotel. Told that the person cleaning the room did not see them. We had to continue out trip. The following day Apple find located them at a house in the village. Hotel then came back with a ridiculous explanation and said they now had them. They asked for my address which I gave them on Thursday 18th Sept saying they would post them to me. Today 23rd of September and they’re still at the hotel. We waisted a whole day going back to the hotel and its clear to me what has happened. Very angry and disappointed.

Nous comprenons votre colère et votre déception par rapport à cette situation. Mais nous avons été franc et transparent avec vous dès le début. Vous nous avez appelé pour signaler le problème. Nous avons contacté la responsable de la personne en charge du nettoyage de votre chambre. Réponse négative de sa part. Vous êtes revenus à l'hôtel pour rechercher vos airpods en les géolocalisant sans succès mais nous vous avons laisser chercher dans tout l'hôtel. Le lendemain matin, vous nous envoyez un mail nous indiquant que vos airpods sont localisés dans une maison proche de l'hôtel. Nous convoquons immédiatement notre salariée concernée pour explication en vous expliquant revenir vers vous dès que nous aurions régler le problème dans un premier temps en interne. Nous revenons par la suite vers vous pour vous indiquer que nous avons récupéré vos airpods, de nous donner votre adresse postale pour vous les renvoyer, vous présenter nos excuses et vous donner l'explication certes comme vous dites ridicule mais celle donnée par notre employée ( tout du moins ex employée depuis ce jour ) et vous demander si vous souhaitez en discuter pour donner d’autre suite à cette situation. Concernant l’envoi du colis, effectivement nous n’avons pas pu nous en occuper le vendredi car nous avions un séminaire qui n’a pas permis à mon responsable de se libérer et le samedi les clients de l’hôtel sont partis trop tard pour se rendre à la poste. Nous nous en sommes occupés dès le lundi, mais nous ne savions pas qu’il était nécessaire de faire une demande douanière pour les envois postaux hors union européenne ce qui a encore retardé le départ du colis
What can I say, this hotel is excellent!
Wonderful food and lovely grounds- we loved it. Only suggestion- toilet door in our room a little flimsy and toilet very small
Very friendly staff, great breakfast, restaurant, meal that makes the taste buds sing, very refined combination of sweet and savory, excellent full breakfast, extraordinary bread (I would like to have this baker near me), spacious rooms, very good bedding. In short, everything is very good from the welcome to the departure, I highly recommend.

Thank you for the welcoming ! Charming hotel, as they say, really charming as it is! The only downside would be the bedding and pillows, but it's complicated, I know, everyone has their own habits. But this should in no way hide the rest of the know-how, competence, kindness, professionalism and quality of welcome of the staff of this remarkable hotel! As a road and travel professional, this will be an essential address for me during my trips between the 17th and 87th!
