A welcoming team that takes great care of their customers 😊
When booking, I indicated that I wanted to eat at the hotel in the evening. Upon arrival, it turned out the restaurant was closed, and we were directed to the Buffalo Grill a little further down the road. I would have liked to have known this in advance, as we were convinced that our travel day would end without stress and an extra walk.
Not worthy of a Logis de France hotel. A cigarette butt and cigarette ash in the bed? A deliberate act by the staff, there's no other explanation. I had to pay for my room, not a single gesture of goodwill.
Excellent welcome from all the staff we encountered, easily accessible establishment with a large free car park. Extensive menu for the evening stopover.

As is often the case, I stopped at L'Escargotière on my way back from the South of France, with my dog, who is welcome. I'm never disappointed with the service. This Saturday, November 8th, I had given advance notice of my arrival and my desire to have dinner at the restaurant, but as it was closed, Lina offered me a menu prepared in advance by the chef, which I greatly appreciated. The room overlooking the parking lot was very pleasant and spacious, as was the king-size bed. Another stay is planned for this spring.
The young woman at reception was very helpful, and the service was impeccable. I believe her name is Manal. The service at the restaurant was also very quick, and the staff were very gracious.
Excellent value for money and a very friendly and professional team
It's a shame they don't speak English for such a beautiful place. There's also no information on paper in English.

Broken bedroom handles, dead electrical outlets in the office, loose toilet bowl, clogged sink. In short, disappointing.
Room heater could not be turned down. Booked a room for 5, but had to build the second bed for the kids ourselves. Left early and were rudely asked whether we had paid yet (which we had). Probably okay for couples but the family room is not really suited for families.

Very warm welcome, the staff very friendly and welcoming! Too bad the room temperature was rather cool for the start of autumn! The bathroom heating was a bit unpredictable!

Second experience of the year at this hotel. A constant excellent welcome, quality restaurant and comfortable room.
A three-star hotel from the 70s. Cracked toilet, no heating in the room and not working in the bathroom. The temperature was the same as outside, 12 degrees Celsius. The room access cards had to be reprogrammed three times. The reservation price was different upon arrival, plus €5. The restaurant, La Vérandas, was very cold, like the rooms, with no heating and unpleasant service. The food was decent and well-presented.

As usual, waiting time to get the invoice and pay, as usual the invoice is incorrect because the Egencia reservation was not taken into account, in short!
Hotel in the suburbs of Dijon. The decor is adequate, but the cleanliness is impeccable.

The building was outdated, and the children's room list was ancient. (Dangerous ladder!) The TV didn't even have all the French digital terrestrial channels. We only spent four hours there as it was just a stopover. (We didn't stay overnight.) They accepted our Etik discount vouchers but didn't take any steps to get us new ones. Mixed feelings.
Very bad because the room was to hot.. no airco and about 35 degrees during the night. We couldn’t sleep and had a very bad night.

A little disappointed by a water leak from the very old air conditioning when I wanted to return to my room in the middle of the night. I was offered to move to another room under the roof, so it was very hot and the air conditioning was in worse condition than the previous one. So I asked to get my previous one back with a puddle in the entrance. It's a shame because the hotel is charming, the staff very friendly but it really needs to be modernized. I add that given the yellowish marks on the false ceiling from where the water drops fell below the air conditioning, the problem was clearly not new.
The hotel is a manageable size, well-located, and offers quick access to the city of Dijon, just 5 km away. The surroundings are peaceful. The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was excellent! The food was good, but there was a rather long wait before ordering and between courses. The wait staff didn't seem aware of this, as they offered no apologies. One surprise: having to pay the first part of the bill halfway through the stay. Apparently, this is a new policy for the hotel group. A curious procedure indeed...
Waiting at reception upon arrival. Cold restaurant. "Stale" wine. Questionable sink and toilet. Broken radiator top in the room. Non-existent soundproofing. Move on.

Hotel understaffed... The very friendly receptionist also has to serve in the restaurant alongside a young, inexperienced person (second day on the job). This is despite the fact that many guests are arriving at the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection is UNUSABLE from room 104 😱
I had booked the hotel restaurant for the evening but it is closed on Sunday evening even when we arrived we were confirmed the restaurant reservation...
Very clean rooms, with just what you need.
The welcome was excellent and the staff friendly. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and all the necessary toiletries. However, breakfast is expensive for what's offered.

Long wait before being able to sit at a table at breakfast because the staff seem to prefer cleaning tables rather than seating customers. Too bad.
Small room with the bare minimum. The bathroom could use a renovation. What's the point of the locked minibar, just a TV stand? The big problem is the broken air conditioning. On very hot days like the one I stayed in, the room feels more like a sauna. And there's no way I can open the (double) window because it overlooks a large avenue with 4 lanes of traffic. Reading previous reviews, the air conditioning hasn't worked for about a year. What are you waiting for to fix it? The receptionist offered me a fan, but it blows the hot air around. However, the air conditioning works well in the reception area and the restaurant. I didn't know this establishment. I tried it, but I won't be back.

Booked at the last minute as I was on the road. They had a room which was very clean and welcoming. My only comment about the room was the size of the shower cubicle. Other than that nothing to fault. They graciously served me dinner at the last minuter as it was late. Food was good. Breakfast is a bit poor but didnt affect my overall experience at the hotel

Avoid the 4th floor room, small and clean but the bathroom is old. Breakfast was very good! The bedding was poor quality. Private parking and the hotel was close to Dijon.
Dit is mijn vijfde bezoek aan dit hotel, de ligging, parkeergelegenheid en de constante kwaliteit is de reden voor mij om voor dit hotel te kiezen wanneer ik op doorreis ben. Uit gemakzucht gebruik ik ook het restaurant voor het diner, de kwaliteit van het hoofdgerecht laat sterk te wensen over. De meeste bijgerechten zijn van te voren klaargemaakt. Ook al bestel je het duurste gerecht op de kaart dan wordt het vlees op de grill gebakken net als de frites. kwaliteit van het vlees is ook middelmatig.
De ober die er al jaren loopt is ongeïnteresseerd en bij het eten van het nagerecht worden tafels al klaargemaakt voor het ontbijt. Glazen van gasten die een drankje op het terras nuttigen na het eten staan er de volgende dag nog. Dit valt bij ieder bezoek op.
We booked on Logis Hotels because we are used to these hotels and are rarely disappointed. It was noted that the rooms had air conditioning and the air conditioning was not working even though it was 32 degrees! Complaints made, nothing can be done by them, just the employees.... It was noted that the restaurant was a master restaurateur, I would say canteen meals!! Not possible to eat on the terrace, not enough staff!! There are 6 of us eating for 2 waiters!! We will not be back!! And we are in a 3 star!!
Overall OK, entrance closet not clean, bathroom heater malfunctioning; very little toilet paper upon arrival. The restaurant is short on food even though the room is not that full. One or two people are missing from this establishment.
The shutter unwinder is broken and wrapped around the window handle. A sign on the fridge says the hotel is offering us a bottle of water available in the fridge, but the fridge is locked. The room is not ready when we arrive.
Decent hotel, average food
Once again, the restaurant was closed in the evening! The restaurant is one of the main reasons for our choice, as we don't feel like leaving the house after a 10-hour drive.
