We stayed one night at the hotel. In summer, we sleep with the windows open, possibly the noise of cars (near the road) can be annoying, not particularly for us. Very happy and we recommend it and during a next stay we plan to return.
No elevator' meal a bit too snag them for me: foie gras and sweetbreads don't need too much extra

Perfect restaurant, perfect welcome and person, now I think some rooms have not had a facelift and we have come across them so bad luck. The receptionist made it clear to me that she did not appreciate customers booking through Booking.com (high fees for the establishment). I found this unpleasant and inappropriate (I don't think the hotel is obliged to be on booking, and it has the advantage of bringing in customers who probably wouldn't have found the hotel otherwise). The automatic lighting of the light in the corridor of the room is very unpleasant at night to go to the toilet. Breakfast and dinner are of high quality and very good. The "balneo" bathtub in the room was broken.
We were on a motorbike tour of the Vosges and absolutely loved the hotel. Despite our language problems, the staff was very friendly and always helpful. Especially the dinner completely convinced us. Can only recommend it and will definitely book again.
This is our second stay. We had discovered this hotel by chance and we had been so delighted with both the accommodation and the restaurant that it was obvious to come back for longer as soon as possible. And not disappointed at all, on the contrary. We liked it very much.

Je suis passé une fois il y a 11 ans, ça a changé ; en plus dynamique, grâce à l'équipe d'abord, très réactive et plus accueillante. J'ai plus l'habitude des chambres d'hôtes mais je n'ai pas été dépaysé.
La salle du petit déjeuner est une fameuse surprise, surtout si on vient là pour s'entrainer. Je savais que pas mal d'équipes passaient par là mais c'est une bonne idée d'en avoir garder quelques photos.
La salle de restaurant est plus accueillante et la qualité des menus n'a pas changé, c'était déjà le point fort à l'époque.
Le buffet petit déjeuner c'est parfait.
