Perfect welcome and remarkable kindness
We found a room at the last minute in this establishment and we greatly appreciated the setting, the location and the services offered.
The hotel is ideally located for walking into the old town of Kayserberg. The welcome on arrival was great and the manager was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat where we would be welcome with our dogs. Breakfasts were excellent with fresh bakery goods, cheeses and meats brought to the table and yoghurts, fruit etc available as self service. The room was very comfortable and a good size.
Our only minor issue was that the wifi didn't work in the annex where our room was - but to be honest, this was very minor as most of the time we were out exploring.
All in all, a very enjoyable experience.
As Quebecers, we were welcomed like royalty. Comfortable accommodation with mountain views. Well located, close to all restaurants, bakeries, and other shops, as well as tourist attractions. We highly recommend it.

Overall positive stay but reservations regarding the breakfast which does not seem to me to be up to what I expect from a hotel of this category.
Room 19 was very hot. Rug everywhere, difficult to replace because it was everywhere and in order, but it didn't feel hygienic or pleasant. Colored towels were also in order, but they didn't feel pleasant compared to white towels.
We had the attic room without a balcony. Unfortunately, with the heatwave, it was way too hot without air conditioning. The Wi-Fi and 4G didn't work. Otherwise, the room is clean and close to the center. Very poor value for money (€220 for 2 nights)

Very nice family-run hotel. Clean room, good bed, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Balcony to relax on. Good, plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes from the city center and the renovated Albert Schweitzer Museum. Ideal location for trips along the Alsace Wine Route. Will definitely come back.

Warm welcome with explanations to show us where the room was located. Nice surprise when opening the door to the room. It is equipped with a small kitchen and a large terrace, with private parking and 100 m from the beautiful town of Kayserberg.
