Regional cuisine with a really friendly feel
As for the cuisine, our approach is to combine local products, freshness, simplicity and traditional know-how. Market products selected according to the seasons (strawberries gariguettes and green asparagus from the country in spring...), meat of local origin: Limousin or Aquitaine blonde beef, guinea fowl, free-range Read more chicken, fattened duck in fresh duck breast or confit, grilled lamb chops.
