Very charming hotel with attentive owners and staff. Very beautiful garden to relax in. Very good restaurant, fresh and well-presented produce, served on a very pleasant terrace. We will come back with pleasure, there are many beautiful places nearby.
Very pleasant welcome and very professional new management. The exterior is magnificent and very well maintained. We had dinner at the restaurant, excellent food and very good service. Only one negative point but known by the new management, the lack of air conditioning and the decor of the rooms which would need refreshing. We highly recommend this establishment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which I would describe as a charming hotel. The rooms are large enough, simple, but nicely appointed. Good bedding. Located in a pretty park with the Hérault flowing at its feet. Although the rooms are not air-conditioned (but have a fan), we did not suffer from the heat (even though we were there during a heatwave). Very good breakfast (which can be taken in the dining room or in the garden) - very good bread and excellent pastries, homemade jams, ham, cheese, etc. Everything to start the day well. The hotel owners and staff are very welcoming and attentive to their customers. They took over this hotel last June and intend to use the closing period to make some improvements (including adding power outlets in the rooms). We did not dine at the hotel, but the short menu reflects the use of local products and home cooking. A menu with a short selection could be interesting. It should also be noted that the rooms (1st floor) are accessible by a staircase (but easy)

The Hotel is located in Aussen and on the Website and has its own website. In der Realität ist der schöne Park ungepflegt. The Gourmand-Restaurant has two menus a year, but it is flexible and does not last. Das Personal (Mann und Frau) scheinen mit ihrer Aufgabe überfordert zu sein, was wir in Anbetracht der grossen Immobilie auch verstehen.)
Very warm welcome, hotel on the roadside (very quiet) and surrounded by nature, the river and norias. Quiet and very pleasant place. Dinner on site, good and plentiful Comfort of being able to dine on site.

I really appreciated the human side of the welcome. The meal was hearty with quality food.
We chose this hotel because it advertised 'a parc', i.e. lovely gardens and a gourmet restaurant. The gardens were overgrown and full of weeds and although the evening meal was adequate, it certainly wasn't gourmet and there was no choice. The hotel appeared generally very run down. However our hosts were very pleasant and welcoming.
It's always a pleasure to spend time in this hotel.
