A good quality hotel with relaxing ambiance with pleasant gardens down to the river. Well appointed room. Restaurant very disappointing - extremely limited choice, nothing that we would have liked and very rigid approach - no attempt to adjust to our preferences and overly pretentious service. We would dine elsewhere in future.

When booking there was no question about table reservations, which was a shame. Reception cool to unfriendly. Arbois can no longer bear the traffic noise.

stunning ! I would gladly return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor terrace. at the catering level, not much to complain about except that the bread is not up to par with the quality of the meal. ditto as well as that of breakfast, cheese, charcuterie, excellent jams but the bread, very very average. and wifi connection, impossible to establish. the rest as well as the staff, impeccable! I highly recommend.

A very good address to discover Pasteur and the wines of the Jura
Friendly welcome. Nice location right on the Cuisance. Our room was well furnished and functional. Quality of the beds and the bathroom very good. Dinner excellent with a huge selection of wines. We also really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.
Lovely hotel with secure parking, nice room, and outside dining for dinner. Delicious dinner. Surprised to be asked to choose breakfast items the night before.. Difficult to know what cereal you want if you don't know what is on offer. Would have liked whole fruit, rather than fruit salad. Would also have liked to have had breakfast outside on the terrace as opposed to the rather small breakfast room.
Overall a wonderful stay, especially because of the excellent staff, so professional and welcoming. Fantastic food and wine, with very good guidance by the sommelier. The inclusion of a lighter course at dinner would be appreciated. Would happily recommend the hotel and restaurant.
