Place next to a train line, noise from 5 to 11:30 p.m. ... disappointing breakfast, the room smells like sewers ... the people are nice, but I must have suspected when they asked me to pay the 3 days immediately upon my arrival

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The interior courtyard is a true oasis of tranquility. The room is comfortable. The staff are particularly attentive to the well-being of their guests. The restaurant's dishes reflect delicious traditional cuisine. We would like to thank the entire team for this very pleasant stay, and especially James for his warm welcome.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were not disappointed. We met the dog, who was friendly and didn't bother us at all, at least much less than the rooster that crowed from dawn all morning.

So what can I say... What a disappointment, we didn't expect this!! Yet looking on the internet everything looks great!! But we quickly became disillusioned once we got there!! The reception was good, welcoming people let's say that, but once we got to the room, it was no longer the same... Small room, old, hole in the wall, mold in the corners of the room and bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, crooked socket, mattress I'm not even talking about it, we've experienced it (let's not say it's not true because we have photos to prove it) we can hear everything from the neighbors, children screaming all day in the house next door, the train, cleaning lady who cleans the rooms at 8am without asking if people are still asleep and I'm not talking about breakfast... Anyway, luckily it was only one night because paying 107 euros for that is frankly excessive. Don't trust the internet reviews and the superb photos posted on the site, we were fooled!!!
Extremely disappointing. Doesn't deserve to be a Logis de France, despite a very decent welcome upon our arrival. The first night at 11:30 p.m., the owners' dog barked in the patio right next to the rooms. Then again at 11:45 p.m. I went outside and, there, the dog came back into the room! Without disturbing the owner too much. The next evening, it was in the restaurant that we were treated to the noise and barking of the dog! They are allowed to have a dog but this one has no place in a hotel restaurant. As much as the welcome on arrival when you have to pay you are well received, the next day Mrs. no longer knows how to say hello. No privacy in the rooms: you can hear the neighbors (shower, TV, toilets... at all hours: very pleasant!) The breakfast for 12€ is not qualitative at all and too little choice. And we were seated on a wobbly table; we changed ourselves. Restaurant: Very pleasant welcome but the fish and chips were so-so and the ice cream arrived slightly melted and with chunks of ice (ice water from the freezer)! In short, it ruined part of our weekend. I do not recommend it at all.

Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, all on one level, opening onto a very pleasant patio. The owner is very friendly.
The room is noisy and not insulated from passing trains. The room is old. The hairdryer doesn't work. Good location for Berck. Kite Festival. Well-lit, clean room, very spacious bathroom. Pretty courtyard. Good breakfast. Lack of fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and cheese other than Dutch. Free parking is a plus.

Very warm welcome, simple hotel but which provides the essentials. For me it was a pleasure to be able to have my dinner in my room after 8 hours of driving and the quality of the meals was top notch! Perfect bedding!
The room was very cold, not very clean and worn out.
Not worth the classification of a Logis de France. Unrelatable hotel given the proximity of the railway line 5 meters away
Rooms 2 and 5 overlook a poorly maintained and very noisy patio. The family dog urinates in the central patio which therefore stinks of urine very strongly. The person who cleans does it with music (very loud) and singing. We can hear people talking very loudly about 8:00 in the morning which disturbs the peace and sleep. The gate is broken and he has to slam it hard with incessant slamming of iron to prevent their dog from going out. We tested the restaurant table which boasts fresh products. The fries were frozen, the risotto was rice with dried peas, the flank steak was full of nerves, the mussels without salt and the scallops overcooked. When we reported it, no apologies or proposals were made. They clearly lack business spirit. Regarding the rooms, room 2 had an outdated, uncomfortable mattress that sank on the weight of the body and hard. I had back pain for 2 days. The nights were not restful. The bed in room 5 was ok. In room 2 the toilets were not cleaned and smelled strongly of urine. Disappointing experience and I do not recommend it. I had the feeling of being in a hotel worse than first class.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij aankomst. Het restaurant en zeker de fish and capsule zijn aan te raden. Enkele minpuntjes, de WiFi verbinding in onze kamer was zeer slecht. Ook het gebrek Aan airco of ventilator was spijtig aangezien het zeer warm was die dag. Voor de rest een aanrader! En de groetjes aan James Bond!
Located near Berck, the hotel is located on the edge of the road and the railway line but the noise did not bother me. The welcome is cordial. The culinary experience in a renovated room was satisfactory but I expected better. The breakfast, a buffet, was disappointing. As for the bathroom, it was clean, but a socket was missing (the neon one was broken)

Establishment run by a hardworking and dedicated couple who do their utmost to make your stay pleasant. Accepting our four-legged friends is a real plus! Be careful, however, not to impose the (imposing) house dog on the customers! Only problem!

Poor value for money. The hotel has a lot of charm, but the room is very poorly soundproofed, the bedding is tired and the shower works very poorly (no pressure and incessant changes in temperature: either freezing or hot). At 110 euros per night, it is difficult to be lenient.

Really nice little hotel with enclosed courtyard. Ideal for dogs, and staff made my pup very welcome. The hotel is very cute and quaint. Bar and restaurant onsite. Good dog walking area nearby, and right on the edge of a small town with shops and cafes.
