This is a top-notch hotel in Vendôme. Ideally located in this charming little town surrounded by water, the rooms are superbly equipped and perfectly suited to your needs, the bar is very cozy, and the service is exceptional. Incidentally, but importantly, pets are welcome, and a huge thank you for that. Highly recommended.

Well-located hotel with comfortable room and good value for money. The breakfast buffet is generous and very good with fresh produce. The hotel's private parking allows you to leave your car there and explore the city on foot. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. A very pleasant stay.

Good overall experience but the shower column is really very old with the temperature control knob almost ripped off. This is unfortunately a bit recurrent in the rooms I have had in the hotel, the rest being really good (coffee, tea, fridge etc.)

The room is large, functional, well-appointed with a separate toilet, a small kitchenette with a fridge and dishwasher, the only thing missing is air conditioning... Very good breakfast but there is a bit of a lack of space in the room, the buffet is too small

Hello, The only major downside is the price of electric charging in the private, paid parking lot. Roughly twice as expensive as on the highways... it's very excessive. Joel

Nice room, good bed but lacks air conditioning even though it is under the roof. No elevator to go up: 3 floors with undecorated staircase, downright ugly and open in several places to the laundry room with towels on the floor and unusual and ugly objects. Cleanliness ok. Paid parking! Breakfast ok. Overall old-fashioned. Lots of services to improve but the night was ok. The boss is rather understanding and friendly. The boss is not welcoming.

Large, well-lit room right in the city center. However, to access the rooms, in part of the hotel you have to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor. A bit difficult with suitcases.

Spacious, tasteful room. Pleasant and efficient reception staff. The in-room coffee was excellent. The breakfast area was a bit cramped, though, and there was a traffic jam at 8 a.m., but that's just a minor issue.

I booked a room superior to 123 € with the stopover evening. I end up with a room with two single beds. I ask to change rooms to have a double bed, the room goes to 168 € (room spa area). Spa room, I tested the bathtub. Result: water everywhere in the bathroom and in the room. I mopped the room before going down to reception. When I noticed, the water was back in the room.

Very good hotel. Dinner, hearty breakfast. Very good and spacious room. The shower column could perhaps deserve an upgrade because it seems to be a few years old, especially on the high shower head. The lighting in the room is very pleasant but a more powerful mood light source could be useful. On the desk, you have to unplug the lamp to use the socket if you need to charge something. Overall very good though.

3 problems: - room 115 was difficult to heat, the floor remained freezing and impossible to walk in socks. As slippers are not provided, I had to keep my shoes on. - the shower is too far from the hot water tank. Over 2 showers, I wasted 5 minutes of freezing water then 5 minutes of scalding water, before finally being able to have a correct temperature. - WiFi measured at 5mbits/sec, which is just enough to receive emails but not to work! As the GSM network had very poor reception inside the hotel, I was unable to work in my room!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I don't think we have ever had such a warm welcome. All the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are newly renovated and the breakfast is very good. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is very well located for a walk into town.

We particularly appreciated the kitchenette, the shower with its jets and the soundproofing of the room (very large, which is very appreciable). Very good mention for the original and green decoration. Only downside, the heat in the rooms. Suggestion: install thermal curtains in addition to the fans or if possible, shutters.

Beautiful spacious room well equipped, shame there is no air conditioning. Even if the hotel is classy, there is the possibility, like some hotels in Corsica, of installing blade fans.

I am quite demanding. The value for money is worth six stars. Several subjects are particularly surprising for an establishment of this type. We wanted somewhere on route to the ferry where we could visit local chateaux, the hotel is ideally suited for this. We were very surprised as to the room; spacious, good shower/bathroom, comfy bed. The biggest surprise was a small kitchenette - fridge, sink, crockery etc, small dishwasher, microwave!! We will definitely consider staying here again.
