Always a quality welcome and stay. The friendliness is there, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff is fully committed to satisfying their customers. In the restaurant, the chef delights us with delicious regional specialties.
I'm sharing my opinion to help you improve your service, it's sincere and honest without exaggeration. Too bad for the reception only from 4 p.m. while you were there. Lack of maintenance on the exteriors and in the restaurant room the cable ducts that no longer stick and hang down are not aesthetic. No reception for breakfast so we had to manage and especially the trays were not cleared from the tables so not many clean tables for lunch. Otherwise the staff is very friendly, the place is beautiful with its small pond, you could gain notoriety by improving these few points. We are regulars at Logis de France and for me it is the most disappointing that we tested. The bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious, the jacuzzi facing the pond very nice, too bad for the exterior of the aging building. For the meal at the restaurant, the young lady was very welcoming and smiling but I did not find the cuisine elaborate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
Regarding the reception, it is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. for internal organizational reasons. You were lucky that we were exceptionally on site and that your room as well as the spa were already ready and functional before the official time. Otherwise, you would have had to wait without the possibility of reception. As you can imagine, our days start very early (6 a.m.) and end late (11 p.m.), with a very short break at lunchtime, and we always do our best to keep smiling. A little understanding on this subject is always appreciated.
Regarding the cable ducts, we checked: it's a 15 cm element located in a discreet corner of the room. We hear your point, but would like to clarify that the term "hanging" seems somewhat exaggerated to us.
For breakfast, there is always someone present in the dining room. If they didn't seem available, it's because they were busy with other guests. The buffet is self-service and the dining room has around thirty tables (inside and on the terrace), which generally makes it possible to find a suitable seat.
Finally, for the restaurant, we offer simple and gourmet cuisine, without claiming to be elaborate gastronomy. Since tastes are different from each person, we understand that this did not meet your expectations. However, upon your departure and at the end of your meal, you did not express any negative comments and your dishes were consumed.
We are glad that you enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the spacious room, and the jacuzzi overlooking the pond. These points are important to us, and we will continue to work on possible improvements to make your experience even more enjoyable.

Just what we needed. Attentive welcome, quiet hotel, spotless room, and pool where we were lucky enough to be alone to play with the kids. A good restaurant to eat completes this idyllic moment. Too bad it was only for one night, but we'll be back.

Beautiful establishment on the banks of the Saône. Ideal for spending a few days on vacation or for work to be able to unwind after the day. The welcome is pleasant as is the environment. Very disappointed by the meal served in jars reheated in the microwave. And the dilapidated state of the room with the pipes shaky in all directions...

When booking your stopover, it is clearly stated "BREAKFAST DINNER: Dishes in jars, snacks, dinner boards, etc...." so there were no surprises. If that didn't suit you, all you had to do was book a hotel with a traditional restaurant. In addition, you asked for a gluten-free meal, and you had the choice between 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts, which would certainly not have been the case in a traditional restaurant. Your disappointment surprises me because the waitress asked you several times if everything was going well, you didn't mention anything and all your dishes were finished. The room is not the most modern, I grant you that, we are gradually renovating with the means of a family establishment in the countryside on a human scale like ours. However, I don't agree with you on "the pipes that are wobbly in all directions", this remark is neither real nor constructive.
In any case, I thank you for your honesty when you left with a smile, without reporting anything.

The hotel was so poorly heated that the restaurant was freezing cold and drafty, not to mention the bedroom and bathroom where the shower walls were icy cold! Dinner offered no choice on the set menu, and there were no à la carte options. Breakfast had a limited selection (the bread was fresh and good), and the milk served on the buffet was expired in January! No staff were present during the 20-minute breakfast service. I was extremely disappointed with this establishment.
