Très bon accueil, jardin et piscine agréable et bon petit déjeuner. Lit large et chambre bien équipée, spacieuse.
Le seul bémol est le matelas, un peu mou, et une couverture supplémentaire aurait été agréable.

Pour les points positifs : Hôtel agréable avec chambre spacieuse , petit déjeuné au dessus de la moyenne et personnel avenant.
Pour ce qui est à améliorer : l'insonorisation (bruit de canalisation ou clim et voisinage ), le prix du petit déjeuné affiché 14€ sur le site et payé 17,90€, le parking a 10€ hors saison.

J’ai passé un bon séjour au sein de l’Hotel Le Rodin. Des chambres entièrement refaites à neuf et très propres. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit déjeuner diversifié et de qualité.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt: 1. Die Möglichkeit unser Eletektric car zu laden. - Es war leider nicht möglich, ja es nur eine Haushaltsübliche Steckdose (220V) zur Verfügung stand. Die Steckdose, die wir zur Ladung benötigen ist ja anders.(Type 2)
2. Lage des Hotels - Es war top. Mit dem Auto waren wir schnell in der Innenstadt.
3. Super Bewertung. - Die Heizung wurde mit einem portable heater gelöst, aber gelöst.
Das Wifi ist in dem hintersten Zimmer leider nicht mehr zugänglich. (101)
Das Frühstück ist einfach f a b e l h a f t!!!! Allerdings das Selbst-Eikochen ist nicht mein Ding. :-D

Location of hotel is in a quiet area. 20 min walk to town. There are taxis available but can cost up to 20 euros one way. We arrived early but were able to check in thanks to a lovely receptionist. We decided to pay extra for secure parking although there is plenty of space on the road and it seemed safe enough. Lovely relaxed atmosphere perfect to wind down and use the pool. Breakfast is excellent and worth buying. Can’t praise the staff enough, bravo!

Overall a good experience for the pool, cleanliness and location of the room with access to the garden and pool. But some things need to be improved or paid more attention. The boiler was dirty and the room services were not adequate for a 4 star hotel.

This is a nice hotel a little outside of the center. (small bikeride) I had a problem with my booking so I only had one night instead ogf two, but the Hotel solved the issue. I can highly recomend staying at this Hotel.

Although this hotel is not the most modern, it was spacious and comfortable, the pool area is fantastic for when you have walked your socks off in Arles or the wider camargue region. I stayed here as although out of the town it has this much needed pool!! The main bonus for the Hotel is the Staff, all were friendly and helpful, especially to me a non French speaking lady travelling alone. The hotel is very secure and does breakfast and snacks during the day, but no evening meals, but you can order in if you don’t want to go out! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here to tour the region and for visiting the many photography exhibits in Arles.

We returned to this hotel after 8 years and sadly it has aged like us. It needs a general refurbishment. The room for 3 people included 4 beds and therefore the space for movement was greatly reduced. The balcony with plants was infested with ants. We paid for 3 but for the entire 10 day stay, we only had two breakfast cups! We pointed this out but on the third day the extra cup was already gone. The room with toilet was dark and cramped: there is no need to create a tiny cubicle separate from the bathroom if it is then almost impossible to close the door once you enter. Also the wall had excrement stains! We have not reported these problems because the embarrassment was too much, no one expects to find poo in the hotel!

We were very well received with our two white Swiss shepherds. Lucky too with the presence of a small park right next to it, ideal for our darlings.

Pretty hotel a bit far from the center of Arles on foot, but very quiet and welcoming with a beautiful well-kept swimming pool area. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very good bedding. Fairly spacious room with sober decoration. On-site parking is also very valuable. A little disappointed by: the quality of pastries at breakfast, the fridge in the room whose door grated on the floor so it was not very easy to open... Overall a good experience and the staff is really friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was really great. We enjoyed as a couple a quiet and soothing place. The service was very friendly and the welcome warm. The room was always clean thanks to the cleaning service and the garden and the swimming pool are very well maintained and therefore in perfect condition with bright colors (everything is green and blue, it really feels good). The only remark we would like to give to the hotel staff to improve their service: a wall-mounted drying rack on the balcony would make your guests' stay easier because everyone is trying to put their towels and bathing suits on the chairs or on the wall from the balcony. This is quite possible, however, it is a bit dirty and at the same time wastes space, so not ideal if you want to stay on the balcony for a bit to enjoy a coffee or the sun. Nevertheless, it was a perfect stay and we plan to come back, thank you very much!

Very nice hotel, swimming pool also, clean and quiet. Everything was good overall but I think the price of the breakfasts is excessive. 7.50 euros for a child who only takes milk and 2 mini croissants is a bit expensive. Also for an adult who takes the basic breakfast.

Possibility to rent bicycles to go to town or elsewhere. Special mention for its swimming pool, completely redone in a landscaped garden with plenty of space. we want to stay there and enjoy!!

Nice hotel, nie, located and very quiet. The place is peaceful. The bedroom had a separate WC. The staff are lovely. This is the first time that I have been accompanied to my room in a hotel. All the staff chatted with us, told us about the region and the restaurants. My son also enjoyed the hotel, he walked everywhere! We will return. We will consider reserving bicycles with baby seats during our next stay.

More than we expected!

Do not go there at the same time as groups. The motor of the bus runs for an hour in front of the rooms from 7:45 in the morning every day! Not to mention the horn at 10 p.m.

I had already been to this hotel other times and having availability we had no doubts. For stays in France, if possible, we have always chosen hotels from the Logis chain for the seriousness of the chain and for positive experiences. The hotel in question is very nice with closed internal parking, very nice and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast

The room was very comfortable and the location was great as a car traveler. However, I made a reservation after seeing an advertisement for free parking, but it was regrettable that I asked for a parking fee of 10 euros.

Just a pity for the restaurant that there isn't one. Average breakfast for a 4 star. Otherwise the rest very bien.bon accueil.bonne chambre.

We stayed there for 3 nights between Christmas 2021 and New Year's Day 2022. Very warm welcome and the extra: rental bikes are available on site. Very good rooms, hearty and varied breakfasts, private parking. Also swimming pool available but we did not use it given the time.

In all respects satisfied with our stay

Hotel located in a residential area 20 minutes walk from the center of Arles. Even if the hotel offers great services, we were surprised by the 4* classification which does not seem to us to be deserved. We have stayed in 3 * of much better quality. Our stay was unfortunately marred by poisoning from the refrigerant gas which accidentally escaped from the fridge at the end of the night, flooding the room with an unbearable acid smell! Migraine awakening that dispersed over the hours.

Beautiful room, clean, nice size, appears to be recently remodeled. Breakfast was excellent -the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in three weeks in France.
There was one huge inconvenience. After checking in, we went to dinner. When we returned from dinner at 9:45 pm, the lock on the door to our room malfunctioned, and we were unable to get in. No one was in the office even though we were told the lobby would be staffed until 10:00 pm. I was unable to get through to the emergency number. I finally contacted Hotels.com, and they contacted the property, and we were in our room 45 minutes after we arrived.

Excellent clean and spacious room. Only downside as in all hotels and having spoken with many friends we are too hot with your duvets and cold if you put the air conditioning. Thank you for giving the choice with simply a sheet... Otherwise everything was fine

The staff is welcoming, kind, always ready for good advice! The breakfast offers a large choice in very good quality. To swim too cool, but reading by the pool and enjoying the garden felt good after a day in the city. I felt totally at ease and can only recommend booking at the Rodin!

We made a booking in this hotel for 4 days in the roo,m on the ground floor and paid € 12 extra per day..
The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. In front of the room is a nice terrace with chairs overlooking the lawn and swimming pool.
The service of the staff is excellent, very helpful indeed.. We are seasoned travellers through Booking.com and hotel Le Rodin is a jewel in Arles.

Very warm welcome and very kind staff who do not hesitate to advise on visit plans. The breakfast is very good but I find that 14€ is a bit expensive compared to the prices generally practiced. The evening catering can only be occasional because there is no real dining room.

We felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm. The pool was really big, the beach chairs were under palm trees. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and had a small balcony. There was a fridge, kettle and air conditioning. Downtown Arles was easily accessible on foot. We would come back anytime. There was really nothing to complain about.

The people working at the front desk at the hotel were very welcoming. The hotel room was decent. It could do with a little remodeling. My biggest concern was that there were 4 out 5 cans of bug killer in the room. It definitely tainted my experience at the hotel

Very nice experience in this hotel: very good welcome on arrival, a maximum of information provided both on the operation of the hotel and on the city and the outdoor catering. The allocated room is accessible to people with reduced mobility: spacious, very clean, with a small terrace with table and chairs, direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. The bedding is of average quality, but acceptable. Bathroom with a large shower (however, the ignition is triggered a little too easily, even in the middle of the night!). Very complete breakfast (sweet and savory products, eggs on request) with many local specialties. It is necessary to go around the room and the veranda before using so much there are products in different points. The wifi was poor in the room, better in some outdoor areas and at reception. Historic city center easily accessible on foot (10 to 15 mins). High price in high season (it's Arles, in July and August...).

We had a great stay at Le Rodin hotel, the staff is warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and in perfect condition from one day to the next. The exteriors are magnificent and exotic, we took full advantage of the swimming pool and the deckchairs. A stay that we will not forget and that we hope to have the opportunity to relive!

Big difficulty to put the air conditioning to such an extent that we did not succeed in the other hotel(s) everything is managed with the remote control the sensor on the windows, very small button on the top of the wall box very discreet that it is the cleaning lady who had to show it to me and simple breakfast the minimum for a 4 star but pleasant staff ....

A 10-15 minute walk from the town, but you are rewarded with free parking, a very quiet location and a small hotel with a great atmosphere. Staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant recommendations they made were very good.

We called Hotel Le Rodin after our accommodation elsewhere was double booked and could not have been happier. We especially liked the pool and terrace and the staff was extremely helpful and proactive in helping us plan our stay, especially Jules in the front office.

Great availability of staff to take care of customers

Nothing to say, available and attentive staff, clean and quiet room with air conditioning. Decent buffet breakfast and easy to rent a bike to get to the center of the city of Arles. And as a bonus a small gift before departure!

Very good experience, super nice and efficient staff, nice garden and swimming pool, quiet, delicious breakfast, gift on departure. Only downside, the location a little out of the way, the bike rental offered on site is a good solution.

This is a little and very cosy place to stay. The service was excellent. The feeling was almost like staying there private alone - even so the house was fully bokked!

Close to the center of Arles, a very warm hotel with its swimming pool and its 2 magnificent palm trees. Private parking and excellent breakfast.

A few small suggestions to improve your hotel and its services: You should review the products offered and their qualities (many industrial products) for breakfast at 14 euros (the only formula available when we are present). It is quite expensive ! It would be nice to redo the bathroom (a walk-in shower, storage and a towel dryer would be wise to improve the comfort of the room). Sincerely, Fabien GARCIA

A very pleasant hotel, at the gates of the city of Arles (a quarter of an hour on foot from the Porte de la Cavalerie), in a green setting.

The location was excellent. A 20 minute walk to Arles, private parking, an excellent breakfast with many choices. Arrive early to ensure a seat. Lovely grounds and a swimming pool. Very clean. The rooms have tiled floors so noise travels. If you are sensitive to noise take earplugs. You could hear our neighbours bathrooms to the side and above and every footstep. We felt being asked to pay for our stay before we saw the room was unusual for a 4 star hotel! . There is very limited interaction with the staff as the rooms all have a private exterior entrance accessed from the car park.

Located in a very quiet area but close to the city center. Very warm welcome and very good advice from the receptionist on restaurants in Arles. Comfortable room but a bit noisy.
