les + : Excellent accueil, très belle situation, petits déjeuners dès 6h45, bonne literie.
les moins : Hotel type année 70, mauvaise insonorisation : bruits de couloir et les portes de la cage d'escalier qui claquent.
A disaster, a very dirty, filthy room. No hygiene, avoid this establishment. An unpleasant smell and no service. A 3 star but I would not give any stars.
Please change the bedding
No maintenance in this hotel, wifi is broken, the hair dryer does not work and neither does the towel dryer. We stayed 3 nights, there was no cleaning done... no decoration... for a 3 star... it is far from deserving them

I chose this establishment for the swimming pool and I don't regret it, because my son really enjoyed it!!! Hotel well located, the bus stop for the city center is 300 meters away but we preferred to walk to be able to enjoy the pretty landscape and the sea.

Lovely hotel if you want to explore the historic centre of La Rochelle but to stay in a quiet zone with sea promenade and a green park at your doorstep
The hotel is very well located, facing the sea, accessible parking, however we were very disappointed by the room, the mattress is in very poor condition, the room and the bathroom are dilapidated.

We did not have the terrace or balcony as planned when we booked. The swimming pool was closed. The bathroom was outdated.
The amame spa closed swimming pool closed this was not indicated at the time of booking especially as we came for a very relaxed spa experience above I do not recommend
The photos posted online do not reflect current reality. Perhaps the photos date from the opening of the hotel?... a very long time ago. The hotel is dilapidated for a 3 star (condensation on the windows, mold, malfunction of the toilet flush, dilapidated common areas and a strong smell of disinfectant like in a hospital...). On the other hand, good welcome from the staff and good bedding. Far from the city center (20 minutes minimum by car)

Hello, after a good ride, and passing by the beach, we would like to be able to take a shower in the evening, once we return. Impossible since there were no shower towels or bathroom towels!!!! These kinds of problems shouldn't happen. The employees who clean the room should check that nothing is missing and especially not the towels.

we are still looking for the kettle as well as the balcony or terrace that we were supposed to have in the room. Not to mention the mini bar which in fact was just a mini fridge, empty, not even a bottle of water... On the other hand, the mold on the ceiling, water infiltration, through the window and feet in the water in the morning when we wake up, we saw that clearly!! Considering the price of the room, we expected much better service!

It is disappointing and unacceptable that reception does not answer the phone. (more than 10 calls...!). It's disappointing that a hotel of this level does not turn on the heating in the room when it is negative temperatures outside, and therefore to notice upon entering the room that it is cold...! It's disappointing to see that there is no one at reception at night...!
Room was cold and heating did not war it up very much.
Breakfast was very limited.
Superb stay, the location and sea view were very appreciable. The only downside... Poorly insulated at the windows, we hear everything that happens outside, wind, car...
