The swimming pool is closed on weekdays because it is expensive given the few people present I understand but information on the site would be relevant Otherwise a great experience

We had spent 2 nights there, a family with 2 children and our young doggie, our stay was just perfect!!!! We will keep a very very good memory of our stay, the staff is exceptional, very kind, and very helpful. We will come back for sure!!! We stayed in this place to go to the lac de pierre percée. Decorating somewhat surprising.
Nous avons opté pour cet hôtel pour 3 raisons : la recherche d'un hôtel de qualité dans un environnement calme (nous avons été comblés) avec comme critère supplémentaire l'accès au SPA, comme clairement indiqué sur le site Internet de l'hôtel. Nous avons été très déçus de son indisponibilité. Nous en comprenons les raisons, qui nous ont été expliquées à notre arrivée. Pourquoi ne pas mentionner cette info sur le site? Honnêtement, nous aurions opté pour un autre hôtel si cela avait été le cas. Nous pencherons pour un oubli d'actualisation.
Autres sujets de déception : l'accueil qui a manqué de chaleur (aucune question dans le style : merci d'avoir choisi notre hôtel, avez-vous fait un agréable voyage?. Notre départ quant à lui s'est fait en moins de 3 minutes, le temps de régler notre note. Ici aussi, aucun commentaire du type : avez-vous passé un agréable séjour? comment avez-vous trouvé la région?, nous vous souhaitons un agréable retour, etc... Nous avons trouvé le merci sur le ticket de caisse, encore heureux.
A part ces 3 observations qui nous ont laissé un goût amer, nous avons positivé et rendu notre séjour dans la région et dans l'hôtel le plus agréable possible : chambres impeccables à tout point de vue, excellente table avec un tout aussi excellent service. Bravo à la demoiselle, professionnelle et attentionnée. Merci du geste sympathique à la remise du dessert à l'occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage.
A recommander pour autant que le site internet soit mis à jour et que les conditions d'accueil et de départ soient améliorées, sinon le reste est au top.

La chambre était top ainsi que le balcon ! Le repas était succulent (petit bémol sur la mousse au chocolat et les options vegé sur la carte). Seul l'accueil était un peu en dessous de nos attentes. J'ai eu le sentiment que le personnel n'était pas très chaleureux. Sauf pour la femme de chambre qui m'a signalé que j'avais oublié mon gilet dans la chambre, merci a elle.
Très bon séjour, le personnel à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse !!! Chambres très propres rien à redire, restaurant au top, service impeccable !

Accueil très chaleureux de la patronne. Personnel courtois et très professionnel. Très bonne cuisine. Chambre spacieuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire ( Pas besoin de se mettre à quatre pattes sous le bureau et de débrancher la lampe de bureau pour brancher son ordinateur, il y a une prise électrique libre à coté et au-dessus du bureau ), très calme avec vue sur le jardin.
Un endroit où je retournerai sans hésiter.
Acceuil chaleureux et convivial. Le menu terroir est excellent . La grande chambres est un peut cher au vu des prestations et du lieu.
