I will come back without hesitation, the half board is perfect. For breakfast I would have liked fried eggs, but too bad because the rest was perfect.

The hotel is only accessible by stairs which can be tiring. Generally the Hotel offers good rooms and excellent food in the restaurant.
The letter from Hotel Management regarding removal of items for the room is unwelcome and has never been encountered in any other Hotel. It suggests all guests are untrustworthy.
The breakfast is not as good as it could be, mini croissants and pain au chocolat do not give a good impression.

Very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. Magnificent site and old residence, very good value for money. Only two small remarks: there is no lounge for hotel guests because the rooms are not very large, the bar is tiny and the terrace is only usable in good weather. No regional specialties at breakfast. Instead of madeleines, we would have liked to find the delicious Picardy brioche, the beaten cake.

Pleasant stay, beautiful hotel, very well located facing the bay and close to the center, and parking space possible, in Saint Valery it is very significant because it is not possible to park in the city! the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We eat very well, served copiously, I recommend this establishment and I will come back. The prices are very correct for a location facing the bay. The hotel accepts animals, thank you to the whole team for helping us have a pleasant stay 😘
A perfect location for this historic residence which must not be easy to maintain. The prices are a bit high for the accommodation category. The common areas would benefit from a little renovation (stairs, gates, courtyard area, terrace)

Unexpected but oh so pleasant stay.
Warn that the accommodation is outside the hotel and at the edge of a very busy road
We have been traveling for 40 years and it was a disappointing experience. During our previous trips, we had booked in the Logis de France, it was friendly moments between the staff and us. We expect attentive staff, this was not the case at reception or in the restaurant. At the restaurant, we order our respective meals by adding a plate of cheeses at 13€. At the time of the cheese service, the waitress places a plate in front of each of us and insists that we choose. 3 cheeses. The choice was interesting, we travel to discover local flavors. The portion served is exaggeratedly small in relation to the asking price. We refused to shell out for a second plate.
Small room so big suitcases, very slippery shower therefore dangerous (no complete closure, therefore water in the room) toilet location between wall and shower, therefore very narrow. Extra meals as well as the location.
Felt Reception was not very friendly. We were aware there were very few English guests, but did not feel very welcome. Room was very bland, and too much furniture. No hand towels, and no milk for the tea. The breakfast was uninspiring.

Lovely hôtel with friendly helpful staff and a superb restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay and our meal. A few comments: on arrival we had a wait as the only reception staff was on the phone. The bar was slow taking our order as again the 1 staff was busy. The only breakfast hot option was a (self cook) boiled egg. More hot options required, even if it's only toast.

Employees were really not friendly. didn't want to bother. it was not really clean and moderately maintained.
Very pleasant stay. The staff is listening. The ambient setting and the gastronomy were at the top.
Stopped over night on our way south, as the hotel allows dogs. We had Apartment 1, which is separate from the main hotel but just a two minute walk. Perfect for us, as it was ground floor level, easy to take the dogs out. We booked to eat in the restaurant as they allowed our dogs to sit under the table with us. The food was excellent and the service really good. Breakfast was also excellent. The apartment was great, 3 beds and a cot, upstairs.p, shower room. Downstairs was a sitting area and a good kitchen, if you want to self-cater.
All in all an excellent stay, we will be back.

Welcome to this ideally located hotel. In addition, easily accessible and free parking! Considering the filling of the dining rooms, and even if we did not have time to taste it, the table seems of quality. The only downside is the walk-in shower which has trouble draining the water, and which overflows into the bathroom. Nevertheless, we will not hesitate to return.
Our large bay view triple room was very nice. The view is splendid and the hotel is very well placed. We appreciated that this hotel accepted our dog. The quality/price ratio of the restaurant is perfect!

The establishment gives the impression of betting everything on the geographic location of the hotel ("exceptional" view) and its architecture ("an old mansion combining the charm of the old and modern comfort"). But the comfort is not there: Room - and especially bathroom - cramped, low-end shower cubicle, hair from former customers on the door, pipe smells, aggressive lighting, dilapidated balcony, dust under the bed, etc For us, the service is not related to the price of the night (120€) and we expected more attention and listening from the managers.
Nice place, charming hotel with a nice welcome
The hotel occupies a good location overlooking the Somme estuary. The room was quite small but with a bay view. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good but flooded the floor as there was no door! We enjoyed our meal in the evening and it was good to see the restaurant full on a Monday evening.
Comfortable room but much too small No closet or wardrobe in the room
Was surprised that there was no lift. My companion has a slight heart problem but we coped. Disappointed that there was no form of milk with the coffee making facilities in the room. Reception was not always manned so it was sometimes a long wait before anyone arrived. At E39 the breakfast is too expensive for what is an average offering. However, the position was ideal and on-site parking was a bonus.

Très bel hôtel de charme mais qui mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement. Mauvais entretien de l'escalier qui conduit aux étages, poussières et toiles d'araignées. Véranda avec vue magnifique sur Baie de Somme, mais vitres qui n'ont pas connu de nettoyage depuis des lustres ! Pas d'ascenseur...
Ses atouts : magnifique situation, parking aisé, rénovation de la salle de bains (seule amélioration depuis notre dernier passage....
Notre chambre avait vue sur jardin, en fait le parking non entretenu....

Classic old hotel with friendly staff. Excellent and well priced food!!! The room at top of hotel (2 floors up from reception) was ok but quite hot at night despite open window.. perhaps rooms lower down might be more comfortable..Easy to access and not too far from motorway. Beautiful setting.
Lack of fan for the attic rooms on the park side. IMPERATIVE. Missing 1 hand towel. And a 2nd shower mat due to the water in the walk-in shower which spreads out on the floor of the bathroom. Missing the smile and the joy of living on all the faces of the team. A team that seems tense, stressed, on the defensive. Not super pleasant when you are on vacation. Otherwise very nice and quiet hotel. That I recommend (Agatha Christie and Hercule Poirot atmosphere guaranteed) and renovated. The view of the Bay from the air-conditioned restaurant is very significant and appreciated. The menu is very good value for money (disappointed with the lamb, however). Wine offfe by the glass very correct too. Breakfast with fresh madeleines, homemade jams, pancakes. Perfect.
Friendly welcome, cleanliness, top location. The twin room a bit small and only one towel per person, but it corresponds to a 2 star, classic breakfast a bit expensive.
I had a lovely little stay there. The welcome was warm. The efficient and family service. The situation on the dike is perfect. I love the somewhat vintage vibe that emanates from it. The parking lot is large and free. A privilege in Saint-Valéry.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of Saint Valery sur Somme. The free parking is very useful, as parking around is not always easy.
We appreciated the welcome, the kindness of the whole team and Aurélien's commercial gesture to "repair" a misunderstanding on our reservation. The rooms are small but well equipped and the bedding very comfortable. We will be happy to come back!
Very welcoming staff. The hotel has free parking, fortunately because all the parking lots around seem to be paying. The "old" side gives a certain charm to this manor. It is well located in relation to the various activities. Only small downside that only engages me, the omelet and bacon were missing for breakfast 😉 We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was very good with perfect service.

Fairly satisfying stay. Better impression than in September 2021 when, coming with a friend, our insistent request for a 2-bed room was not recorded. The hotel manager didn't recognize the error and put us in a room with 1 double bed for the first day, then 3 days in an apartment (at a substantial extra cost!!!), then finally in the room initially requested. Very disappointing for this hotel usually appreciated when I come to this city...

The service for breakfast was very poor. We arrived at breakfast at 9.20 and there was nobody to reserve us. No bread, coffiemaschien was broken. It took 10a15 min before we had something to eat.

Following a computer error by the hotelier, my reservation confirmed by e-mail was not honored. In addition, the LOGIS telephone service closing at 5 p.m., I had to go to another hotel at 7:30 p.m. With a level of service like this, booking.com has a bright future ahead of it.

Weekend as a couple, just the regret of not having been able to reserve for dinner at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday evening, whereas at 10:00 p.m. when we returned there were still people in the restaurant.

A fine old mansion that has been renovated lately. A pity some of the work wasn't done better, there are bits of shabbiness here and there. The stairs are a bit of a challenge but the staff were good at taking by bag up a few flights to my room. At 75 this would have been nearly impossible for me. I would have liked to have dinner in the restaurant but they served only fruits de mer, or so I was told. The dining room is very attractive with a splendid view so a meal there would have been welcome.

Terrific geographical location, facing the sea. Beautiful establishment, with terrace where you can eat in summer. The decoration of the dining room and the breakfast room are very refined. Beautiful room, quiet, tastefully decorated, very comfortable bedding, much appreciated courtesy tray. The dinner was tasty and the breakfast plentiful and the buffet varied. The hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. We also appreciated that there was private parking.

We had a great stay in this magnificent hotel 😁 with its architecture that looks like a mansion, with parking, the room was very clean, impeccable bedding 👍 we took a room with a small balcony overlooking the bay, it was great 😁 you can walk on the pier at the foot of the hotel very well located besides 5 minutes from the city center. The very complete breakfast, the lovely staff 😁👍 that I appreciated that I didn't take any supplement for my little dog 🐕 for that I thank them very much, and we will come back with pleasure everything was perfect.

The hotel itself is very beautiful with an exceptional charm. By cons, I had taken a sea view room and although the view was beautiful, but the room and the bathroom were tiny. The bedding was not exceptional, there was a day at the front door, the bathroom was very poorly designed, it turned into a swimming pool as soon as you took a shower. However the staff is very friendly.

very complicated accessibility to the rooms. I had asked for: "as few stairs as possible" and I was offered a room on the second floor (+ one floor to access the reception). We end up finding a room on the first floor (+ the access floor) and they say to me: you're in luck, it's the last one. Baggage assistance is not everything....A phone call to warn me of access difficulties would have been more honest and I would certainly have cancelled; just because you're not in a wheelchair doesn't mean you can do everything...
Very nice hotel, lovely view from balcony room. Language was a barrier for us. Staff did not speak English, so difficulty understanding us at times.
