The evening stopover menu included a pork-based meat, I was with a friend who doesn't eat pork. We were offered to choose another dish. But, surprise the next day, the hotelier considered that we had eaten à la carte. In thirty years of Logis, this is a first. Usually, and even then, a supplement is charged, friends there...
We arrived at about 3:30 pm and the place was shut. Not a soul in sight. Despite the booking sheet saying check-in was from 3:00pm. We phoned the telephone number on the booking sheet and were told nothing happens until 6:00 pm. I phoned Logis main office and they were not helpful. I had booked half board at 123 Euros for a double room. This was also a mistake as we were not offered the a la carte menu at dinner. We had a set offering of chicken and mushrooms. Reasonable but not anything to write home about. Breakfast was a drink of orange juice + coffee and one croissant.
The room was small and the window was shuttered up and was not able to be opened. The ensuite was the size of an average cupboard.
We will certainly not be visiting this place again.

Good stay overall except for the food. We had booked a hotel with half-board available on the Logis de France website. When we arrived for dinner in the evening, the manager told us that half-board was not available for ordinary tourists, only for workers and sales reps. We were then offered à la carte dishes, which we accepted, as there were no real alternative restaurants nearby. On the Logis de France website, it is not indicated anywhere that the half-board offer at the Relais Fleuri is reserved for workers; it would be good to mention this to avoid disappointment for tourists... We had chosen this hotel precisely for this half-board offer...
Overall, we are very satisfied. The welcome was very warm and the bedding very comfortable. Areas for improvement: the bathroom, which is very cramped. It would also be nice to add a mirror to the bedroom.
A short stay but a very pleasant discovery during our visit to VERVINS. Our host's welcome was unparalleled, with kindness, availability, and infectious joy. An experience we would like to have more often.

Passing through for an evening stopover for work, I felt very comfortable in this establishment, the room is very cozy and the bed comfortable, very friendly and professional staff. Very good complete meal and breakfast too. It feels good when you are on the road.

The hotel is well placed as a stopover . The food was good and the host entertaining but the facilities are basic for the price charged. The hotel is very noisy, the service from the train station opposite has been replaced by buses which operate from 4 am onwards stopping outside the Hotel . Also check in not allowed until 6pm which is late

Very friendly and friendly welcome, which made us feel very comfortable! Quiet, excellent value for money, extensive restaurant menu, unpretentious but excellent quality cuisine. Small but comfortable room. The only downside: the very cramped shower cubicle, not practical at all.
Apart from the dynamism of the boss!! My experience in this hotel did not satisfy me A boss who arrives at 6:15 p.m. while several customers were waiting outside!! (His explanation "he didn't see the time") While I'm still booking on the Logis website, I find myself in a Bone room, (he tells me that it's my choice on the reservation?!).. .with a small bed and a cramped and noisy attached shower cubicle (blowing every 5 minutes!!!) I had to put in plugs at night to be able to sleep. The evening meal was adequate

The service in the hotel is absolutely terrible. The owner was not only unfriendly but also disrespectful in his dealings with the guests. He was always very loud and angry. Sometimes people shouted at him. I would ask you to speak to the landlord, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
Very nice home. The hotel and restaurant are very clean. We will return there if the opportunity arises. The small note of the bathroom equipment is just that it needed some repairs (toilet and shower) but otherwise nothing to complain about
