Ein wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit sehr geräumigem Parkplatz, unser Zimmer war klein, zweckmäßig, sauber und hatte ein sehr gutes Bett.
Das Abendessen ist einfach köstlich, der Service sehr angenehm. Gute Weinkarte, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Kein großes Ding : uns ging diesmal abends alles sehr flott, wir hätten gerne größere Pausen zwischen den Gängen gehabt.
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Restaurant bietet Speisen auf höchstem Niveau an. Wir haben auf der Rückreise aus der Normandie gerne einen Umweg in Kauf genommen, um die Kochkünste des Eigentümers zu genießen. Auch in diesem Jahr wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. :)
It's a shame that the authorities don't organize a transport service between the TGV station and the hotel.

Very good... just a small remark... the fact that the doors of the hotel, the rooms do not have brakes and that the customers make fun of each other... slamming of the doors very unpleasant! Special mention to the waitress who is very kind and has exquisite cuisine!!!!!top.

The first impression of the hotel is that it could use a lick of paint. The room is simple but clean. The absolute surprise is the restaurant. The decor recently renovated in a very tasteful way. But then the kitchen, this is out of category. The menu is limited. The dishes were beautifully presented in a modest way but tasted exceptionally good. The service was personal and correct. Recommended!

The dining rooms, bar, and restaurant have been successfully completed. Ample parking, municipal electrical terminal, and the garden will soon be redesigned. Very good food with seasonal and local products. Have a dessert and you'll understand!
Beautiful, quiet place, the food is excellent, the room was good, the only downside: the soundproofing, you can hear everything the other guests are doing.

Having slept in hotels so often, I don't really give reviews anymore... But, for once, I have to admit that the service was great, a very attentive team, an impeccable room, very good food. One point that could be improved is offering espresso coffee at breakfast, not filtered coffee. Thank you and see you soon

Great stay. The lady that greeted us ( possibly the owner?) and served in the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us understand if our French wasn’t quite up to understanding everything. The lady who served us breakfast was also very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and would highly recommend eating there. The breakfast was also very good with plenty to choose.
An excellent hotel with traditional service but a deft and modern touch in the kitchen.
This is our 4th visit to this hotel and we're already planning to return next year. Our room was very clean, in a peaceful location and had a brilliant shower. Breakfast was very good but the highlight of our stay is the gastronomic creations by chefs Nicolas and Emmanuelle. They are such talented chefs as well as great hosts. Our waitress was excellent too.

We had to spend one night in the north of France when we returned from the south of France to the Netherlands, so we looked for a hotel near Verdun. This Hotel is surrounded by woods and fields and you can't hear any noise of traffic! Very friendly people who made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and truly a “Table Distingué”. Everything was perfect!

I recommend this establishment for the hotel, but as far as I am concerned, very disappointed by the meal services, I would have preferred to be told no for the meal tray (I arrived around 9 p.m.) than to serve me 2 slices of rosette, 2 quarter slices of white ham and 3 small pieces of cheese and a small cake for dessert. For breakfast you must order the day before (with the list of your wishes) and above all give your precise breakfast time, as a bonus on board I thought that breakfast was brought in the "hotel" building which could justify a such an approach, that neni, it's in place of the restaurant, I don't understand why it's not self-service? The staff remains very pleasant.
