Good quality stay
Very friendly and hospitable management. Good evening meal. Lovely area within one hour of Puy de Dome.

Very small room, poorly insulated, overlooking the street. Much too expensive for the service.
It is a pity that the rooms are accessible via a narrow and steep staircase.

Super welcoming and smiling
The hotel is old and the volumes and configurations (steep staircase and very narrow corridor) are not up to current standards. The decoration is of the "antique" type, with overall a good effort to maintain it in good condition. I was disappointed by the level of service versus the price. At a price level of €140 for one night (in November), an evening meal and a breakfast, I expected better than a daily menu with no choice of starter or main course, without any solution. was found when I indicated that the dish did not suit me. I had dreamed of Auvergne cuisine, here I am with a steak, I who don't eat beef! The quality of the cuisine was okay, nothing more. Breakfast was only sweet, a croissant and 3 pieces of bread... Again, for the price I expected much better, even if everything was pretty good. I had imagined that I would be able to have an interesting experience one night in this village in Auvergne: this was not the case. I will not recommend this hotel due to its poor value for money.
