Very friendly staff
TV problem, no access to Canal Plus upon arrival, I reported it upon arrival at 3 p.m. and no attention, no reaction, even though I had called the day before to check this (televised football match) no one did anything even though the hotel is marked Canal Plus, CanalSat. At that point you remove the signs. Very disappointed and not friendly at reception on the 2nd day! When I asked when it would come back, suddenly 2 days later! Over a 3-day stay, it was unprofessional!!!

Regarding the problem encountered with access to Canal+, allow us to provide some clarification: As soon as you reported the problem to us upon your arrival, the necessary action was immediately taken with Canal+ the same day. Unfortunately, we are, like many establishments, dependent on the response times of their technicians. It was therefore only the day after tomorrow, Friday morning, that a technician was able to intervene and restore the situation. We fully understand your frustration, especially since you had planned to watch a specific match, and we are sincerely sorry that this inconvenience impacted your stay. We assure you that our team did everything possible to expedite the process, but in this type of case, we depend on the technical and scheduling constraints imposed by our service providers.
Finally, we deeply regret that your experience regarding the reception was not positive, this does not reflect in any way the standards of quality and service that we strive to maintain on a daily basis. Your comment has been forwarded to our team so that this does not happen again.

We're touring the Landes by bike and it's one of the best, if not the best so far, in terms of value for money.
Quality bedding, we had an excellent night
I stayed at the hotel with my partner and our dog to attend a local event. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the local area and is close to some excellent restaurants and shops. Parking directly in front. Bar PMU is attached and acts as the separate breakfast room, regardless of this the ambience and friendliness was very welcome and the bar caused no disturbance at all. Hotel staff and in the bar were friendly, welcoming and professional. I would recommend this hotel.
The apartment is beautiful and new. The beds are very comfortable. I appreciated the silence (no noise around) and the parking next to the door.

Too much outside noise, no air conditioning possible at night and with the heat so forced to open the window room 205 with the noise of the busy road and the garbage collectors at 5:30 a.m. Little beneficial rest And the breakfast room often crossed by customers of the bar to go to the toilet Otherwise the equipment and the maintenance and reception staff are excellent. Very good stay. The hotel perfectly met our expectations: comfortable, clean, and pleasant. One small drawback: the night was unfortunately disturbed by a group of particularly noisy adults between 3 and 4 a.m. (laughter and raised voices).

Good hotel located in the city center. A little traffic, but well insulated rooms. Very good bedding. Some rooms still have bathtubs. Hotel on 2 floors with elevator.
Toilet space too narrow. Toilet seat needs to be changed. And bathroom corners need to be reviewed and cleaned.

We had specified to have 2 rooms close to each other with showers because we had the grandparents with us, and the necessary was done. In addition our dog is accepted. Bravo! We come back every year because the staff is pleasant, bedding nickel, TV and safe functional. Varied breakfast. We did not try the wifi. For a perfect 2 star.

Regarding the room, the quality/price ratio is good. However, breakfast (€12) is really not great, the choice of products is relatively limited, the automatic coffee machine no longer dispenses cappuccino, instead of individual rolls, baguettes are offered, which everyone cuts as they wish!!! Hello hygiene….

Difficult to criticize the hotel as a whole, the welcome is friendly. But a very strong smell of deodorant attacks your nostrils. It is very possible that we got it wrong with regard to the room (112), the bedding is pleasant, but the bathroom needs to be reviewed (a little dilapidated), the shower does not work properly (the two shower heads are leaking at the same time) for a man it is not in itself very serious but it is not the same for a woman, especially when you have an important meeting
