A good quality hotel with excellent value for money. Exceptional cuisine, even for overnight stays. A very well-equipped hotel and a truly top-notch team.

The welcome was very pleasant, the bed comfortable, and the room lovely. As for the restaurant, the service and the food were delicious, although there was a lack of vegetables in the dishes.
Nothing to report except that it was excellent as usual. The room was superb and the food exceptional. Keep up the good work!
Staff and management were very attentive.
First two-day New Year's stay at this hotel. We were relatively satisfied with the services, though there were a few minor issues. We couldn't connect to the ETIK program when we paid for our stay. The Wi-Fi was unavailable during our stay; a gesture of goodwill was warranted. Suggestion: An aperitif or a glass of sparkling wine at the end of the meal could have been offered in the otherwise very good New Year's Eve menu. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 4/5 | Location: 5/5 The room was nice and comfortable, but it didn't match the reserved category; it was a triple room instead of a double. The view was magnificent, overlooking the restaurant's ventilation ducts, complete with noise. The wall lights were poorly attached, and a bottle of water would have been appreciated. There was no Wi-Fi in the room during our stay, which we reported on the first day. The complimentary tray was replenished sporadically. The shower drain was almost clogged; it hadn't been cleaned during housekeeping, with traces of the previous day around the drain. Inconsistent water pressure in the shower and sink. Fix these little details and the rooms will earn two more stars. Nearby activities: Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, on January 1st, a ghost town. Security: No issues. Pedestrian access: A very steep staircase to reach the room. Food and drinks: The food is excellent. The New Year's Eve menu was superb. Interesting details: Tea and/or coffee in the relaxation area would be a plus. Special attention should be paid to the excellent service in the dining room. The relaxation area is too small for the number of guests this hotel can accommodate. Hotel strengths: Quiet
We spent two nights there and everything was excellent. Easy access to the hotel, quiet room, very pleasant spa area, very good breakfast, attentive staff. Special mention goes to the restaurant, whose quality exceeded our expectations.

During our overnight stay, everything was perfect. From the room to the meal, including breakfast and the staff. Well done.
We spent a weekend at Le Régal to enjoy the pool, the restaurant, and the surrounding forests. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were nice (it was too cold to use the balcony) and the pool was fantastic. As an added bonus, there's a lovely park (with a children's playground) and wallabies. I highly recommend Le Régal!

Everything was perfect regarding the welcome, the room, the relaxation area and the restaurant. The only really small downside was the lack of access for pets. They are confined in the rooms. Too bad.

Excellent arrangements and recommendations when booking our room. Our arrival was very well prepared. A very beautiful and spacious room with a magnificent view of the pond and the Vosges Mountains. Breakfast and dinner were delicious; we really appreciated that they used many local products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
We requested a balcony for €10/day, and got a ground floor terrace overlooking the parking lot and the cleam. We received no information on meal times upon arrival. The restaurant meal wasn't great for the price of the evening menu. We were woken up every night by noise from the hallway. Positive: the pool and garden.
We know this place. Peaceful, with a swimming pool, a park with animals, and safe children's playground. Outside the city, it has easy access to major roads. The staff is stable. Bravo and thank you to the management and the entire team. We will be happy to come back.
The wardrobe wasn't comfortable; it lacked hangers and more storage space. There was also a lack of adequate storage space for my suitcase. When I'm 75, I don't want to be taking my clothes out of an open suitcase lying on the floor. The mattress was quite hard for my wife. The vegetarian options could be more extensive.

I had booked and pre-arranged charging for my EV. On arrival was informed that chargers were broken and I was offered a socket in an outside wall. I had to drive into nearby town and sit while car charged using DC.
Dogs were welcome but not in the grounds, where a non-native species was kept. I had to drive over a kilometer where I found a forest track
The 'duck pond' was in desperate need of environmental management and had no vegetation to take up and manage the excessive nutrients entering from the fowl - this was cruelty to ducks!
The restaurant offered two (three if one removed 'jambon' from the tomato dish) vegetarian entrees but no main course dishes. the staff simply suggested we had two entrees.

Excellent food with a spacious and comfortable room. Suggestion: It would be a good idea to issue a note to guests staying on a stopover basis, reminding them, as a matter of civility, to limit the use of their phones during the meal. During my visit, a man was in conversation throughout dinner, which somewhat disrupted the atmosphere. Another person also received a call but was able to discreetly step away so as not to disturb the other guests. I would like to thank her for this respectful attitude.
