Well-established establishment on the banks of the Marne in a calm and bucolic setting. Remarkably well-located site.
A very welcoming team, a spacious room (plus, we were upgraded, the room was actually a suite!), well-equipped and very clean. The hotel is very pleasant, with a lovely garden, a beautiful terrace, and the banks of the Marne nearby. The breakfast was perfect, well-stocked, with quality food.
We needed a stopover on our vacation route. The hotel was quiet and in a beautiful setting. The welcome and accommodation were perfect, and the breakfast was remarkable.

Everything was perfect, a small area for improvement for the shower in room 205 where some minor plumbing work would be considered.

We only asked for a room with 2 seperate beds but got a suite with 2 rooms and 2 double beds, toilet and bathroom seperate and VERY nice, and no extra to pay!
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!
Since we went to a wedding nearby, more people of my family had to get rooms here. They got a very good deal and were very happy!
All over great hotel and great value for your money!
Their breakfast and restaurant have a good reputation and next time we come we will try all that!

Everything perfect, great room for us and our two children
The staff is very welcoming, kind, and caring. They helped us a lot. We even needed a special kind of taxi and they were calling for us to make sure everything would be smooth. One of the staff named Kevin was especially helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
We received an excellent welcome and service. The hotel is pleasantly located, quiet, and the restaurant offers a limited and surprising menu with seasonal dishes. It's a very pretty setting to take a break and explore the region.

Very good hotel in a green setting with a view of the Marne and a pretty garden. Very pleasant staff at reception and in the restaurant. Thank you to the chef for his personalized attention because we had chosen the "romantic stay" package. Pleasant room with a good size and a balcony. If you don't like the waffle sheets, pillows, and duvet cover, ask for the possibility of having smooth (normal) sheets. Good breakfast.

Superb services, both in terms of accommodation and high-quality catering, at affordable prices. Idyllic setting on the banks of the Marne.
A very welcoming and attentive team in a refined setting. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bedding is also perfect; I preferred a view of the Marne. The Quincangrogne's strong point is by far its restaurant, where the food is very good.

I liked the setting, initially I had just wanted a hotel 30 minutes from the airport where I was going to spend a night, but once I got there I really liked the friendliness and if I have to come back to Paris, I will choose this hotel for my stay.

following my reservation with the Logis application, the hotelier did not take into account the etik points for the nights but only the breakfast points. Is this normal?
Professional and friendly welcome, room really not great especially bed a "suite", breakfast until 9:00 is not possible, people are on weekends and get up late

dirty room with a more than doubtful toilet and visibly not cleaned, bed with hair and fur, mattress sheets too short how can you put a 160 sheet on a 180 bed!! we fight all night with the sheet that goes away, in short a hotel that is crap and worthless
a pitiful breakfast for 17€. don't sit on the toilets of the 1st price rooms your knees touch the partition. If you have the loyalty card and you take the 1st price room, you will not have any kitty the hotel refuses.
The room must not have been opened for some time: cobwebs on your head when opening the door, musty/damp smell. The toilet seat was broken as well as the flush button. Having arrived late, I wanted to dine quickly and simply: no choice of menu and above all I was billed for a starter/main course/dessert menu (37€) even though I had announced that I only wanted (and had) 'a dish. Duck legs are expensive (which wouldn't break 3 legs of a duck). In short, very disappointed not to mention the financial inconvenience.
Really disappointing is not the image of the French logos that I am used to making of France. Evening meal so excessive, not even the pleasure of being able to have wine at the table because the prices are so high, for a coffee you will have to pay almost 6€!!! A glass of wine €11 and we’re talking entry level!! Breakfast €17, impossible to take, and the worst refusal to take the Logis loyalty card! even a hotel in the heart of Paris I can see more reasonable rates. The room is very decent, it must be admitted, despite a completely broken shower.
Do not take the Logis de France card price of the meal at 37 euros not justified not even bread on the table for example, shame top bedding but not accepting the Logis loyalty points system so should not be Logis de France.
A very warm welcome, breakfast in a huge, clean room which gives a beautiful view of the river.
a great scam behind a star!!! 15 degrees in my room! dinner at 37 euros for skate wings at 15 euros per kilo!!! a ravioli and a chocolate cake!! a little breakfast not worthy of my 134 euros spent finally 2 stars max because many Logis hotels are much better at 95 euros!!! the arrogant owner because I am a victim of his system, asking people to book the room on the Logis website and then saying that there are no Logis loyalty points!!! I feel like a cuckold especially since I do dozens of them a year.....
