- The previous occupants' trash hadn't been emptied. - The three extra pillows (in the wardrobe) that we needed were unwashed and smelly. - The bathroom radiator was broken. - The wardrobe doors were broken and jammed. - The patio door handle was also broken and difficult to close.
Thank you for your kindness and your advice. The room and the hotel are charming. The restaurant attached to the hotel is of quality and the welcome is very friendly.

Großartiger Pool und insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage mit dem Hof und dem Restaurant vor der Tür. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück für den Preis eher verzichtbar.

I arrived very late, but the arrival instructions were very clear. They offered to serve me breakfast in my room because it suited me to leave early. So everything was perfect!
