A really cozy and beautiful hotel with excellent cuisine. Very friendly staff.
My partner and I came to spend one night. Everything was great (reception, pool, restaurant, quality of the bedding). The only slight drawback was the lack of shutters, so we were woken up by daylight, but that's just a minor detail.
Truly a great place!
We were delighted with our stay at this very comfortable and quiet hotel, ideally located for sightseeing and hiking. The pool is magnificent and the spa very pleasant. The winstub restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast was perfect. Our only minor criticism: the room decor is a little too plain for our taste. In the heart of this beautiful region, we would have expected a more traditional setting. But that's simply a matter of taste, as everything else was spotless!
The hotel is very good, the food is good, just disappointing regarding the spa! The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was cold and out of order.

We had a very good stay. The establishment was very clean, the staff friendly and attentive, the breakfast excellent, and the relaxation area very nice. However, a major drawback was the jacuzzi, which was very cold; it should be at least 35 degrees Celsius. It's a shame because everything else was great, and unfortunately, this is the only reason we won't be returning.
Jacuzzi unfortunately out of order. Restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest remains satisfactory.
As always, a very pleasant stay, we will be back.
Good stay, we were just bothered by a sewer smell in the bathroom and toilet which spread into the bedroom.
Poor breakfast, no pastries. Buffet not replenished. Disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were in excellent condition. The food in the brasserie was very good. The spa area is a bit small, but it was never so crowded that one couldn't feel comfortable.
Everything is perfect: location, quality, atmosphere, etc. Two points for improvement: the reception is a little cold and the shower grout isn't very clean. But these are really minor compared to all the other qualities of this hotel.
Very disappointed that a 4-star hotel doesn't offer dinner options or at least an alternative. There are few places to eat nearby. The room was very cold. Otherwise, it's in a great location for sightseeing, the staff are very pleasant, and the room is clean and comfortable. The toilet brush should be clean.

-Top staff -Beautiful hotel, beautiful room -Bedroom smells bad -Cardboard wall (you can easily hear people in neighboring rooms talking). -Much too hot in the rooms. Average breakfast. -Pool too cold and Jacuzzi clearly cold.

The room was very dark becsuse the blinds did not open. The door didnt look automatically so the door to our room stayed sometimes open. Fortunatly nothing was stolen.

This is at least the seventh time I have stayed at this hotel, and the experience is extraordinary every time: elegance, a warm but discreet welcome, kindness and friendliness from the entire team... The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the brasserie offers generous local meals made with quality products, the gourmet restaurant offers extremely well-executed traditional French dishes. A haven of peace, a true bubble of serenity: a weekend is enough to regenerate!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time relaxing. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the staff throughout the hotel were courteous, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool complex with its outdoor area and separate sauna area was fantastic. (It can get crowded if all the guests arrive at once. :) ) The hotel restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday, but St. Hippolyte also has other nice restaurants.

The only positive points were the room (sufficiently spacious, comfortable, very good bedding, lovely bathroom, nice little balcony) and the breakfast (well presented, sufficiently varied, and above all, the staff were friendly and smiling). This was in stark contrast to the reception the previous evening at the "gastronomic" restaurant. The definition of "gastronomic" needs to be carefully considered, because apart from the prices, it had nothing to do with a true gastronomic restaurant. The welcome was cold. The hot tub was out of order. The pool was just okay. The hammam and sauna were only open from 4 pm to 7 pm... Hardly enough to call it a spa hotel. I'm surprised this establishment has 4 stars.
Overall, we were satisfied. The parking lot is too small and spaces should be reserved for hotel guests. For the restaurant, the public parking lot on the main road would be preferable.

As the restaurant is closed 2 days a week and the village offers few options, it would be interesting to have snacks or the like available for dinner.

It was a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, there was only a bathtub instead of a shower, and no curtain or other splash guard. This made showering a bit more difficult if you didn't want to flood the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was really very pleasant.

Nous avons récemment dîné au restaurant Joséphine - Hôtel Le Parc à Saint-Hippolyte, et malheureusement, notre expérience a été bien en dessous de nos attentes, surtout compte tenu de la réputation de l’établissement et du prix du menu.
Nous étions les premiers clients à arriver, dès 19h, car nous aimons dîner tôt. Malgré cela, nous avons dû appeler la serveuse pour passer commande. Nous avons choisi le menu complet à 76 € (hors vin), mais nous avons été très surpris et déçus de constater que des clients arrivés 30 à 40 minutes après nous étaient servis bien plus rapidement – certains recevant même leur dessert avant que nous ayons notre plat principal.
Nous avons eu le sentiment d’être « punis » pour avoir pris le menu complet plutôt qu’un plat à la carte. De plus, la portion de notre plat principal était nettement plus petite que celle des clients ayant commandé un seul plat.
Vers 21h, après avoir attendu près de deux heures et vu d'autres tables finir leur repas, nous avons quitté la table sans prendre le dessert. Aucun membre du personnel ne nous a présenté d'excuses, comme si cette situation était parfaitement normale.
À ce niveau de prix, nous attendions un service attentionné, un minimum de considération et un vrai sens de l’accueil. Malheureusement, nous sommes repartis frustrés, ignorés et déçus

The rooms were very clean and had new bathrooms. The place is in a great location with a beautiful view over the plain. The staff was extremely friendly. It's great that there are two good restaurants on site, where you can also enjoy a drink in the afternoon and evening. We'd love to come back!

Room 124, above the sidewalk ventilation, is too loud. Note: The gourmet restaurant is only open Wednesday to Saturday. Otherwise, it's just the Winstub. What a shame...

We had a very pleasant stay discovering Alsace. The restaurants offered two different atmospheres. The staff was very attentive. There was a wide selection at breakfast. They even had Ricoré cheese. It's a shame the jacuzzi was out of order. Thank you to the entire team for the stay.

Very warm welcome. Very comfortable room and perfect bedding. But it's a shame that the jacuzzi was out of service, the hammam was off, and we found ourselves with naked residents in the sauna despite the rules.
Really nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and large rooms, both diner and breakfast were great (fantastic kitchen) and a huge variety in local wines. Swimming pool is nice, a bit small though . But overall definitely a hotel we will be coming back to.

Spa at very low temperature. Pool water at 31 degrees. Jacuzzi water, which was also faulty, at 30 degrees. Breakfast very disappointing for a 4-star establishment.
We ordered white wine in the room and then a little bit of blackcurrant in a cup. The price of the wine charged was more expensive than the one on the menu and the blackcurrant was charged 8 euros!! At the restaurant the waitress was in a hurry and brought and removed the dishes quickly, I couldn't even ask for something, she was running around so much. The jacuzzi wasn't working, the water was 31 degrees, and there was no water in the hammam to rinse the seat. We found that the reception staff were not sympathetic about this, no small gesture of goodwill, especially for a 4-star hotel! We also had an adjoining balcony with 2 other rooms, this was not made clear to us beforehand.
