Quiet location, pleasant table, attentive staff, very comfortable room and especially bedding.

Good room, modern bathroom, great kitchen and very friendly service!

If there was only one thing to share in this city which is still devastated, I would opt for this very pleasant, high-quality hotel with a very friendly team.

Regarding the room, we were disturbed in the morning despite having hung the "do not disturb" sign. The sink was chipped. The restaurant was very disappointing following the change of chef, as we were used to an inventive and refined menu. We had reserved a table upstairs, but this was ignored without any apology.

Beautiful hotel-restaurant located in a green park sheltered from the main road at the entrance to Thiers. As a biker, I regretted the absence of covered parking but access is easy. Comfortable room with a view of the park. Restaurant with a gourmet character but I found the quality-price ratio a little expensive ... shame there is not a selection of knives made in Thiers at reception.

We were very happy to find this hotel for the Auvergne Trail in October 2025. The room is very nice. We had dinner in the evening at the hotel restaurant: refined cuisine and very professional and welcoming service. I therefore warmly recommend this hotel and its restaurant.

The best of our journey

We stopped here on our way back from vacation. A good place with a good restaurant. Located in a commercial area, which is a bit surprising. Comfortable bed. Large room. Breakfast a bit pricey. Very friendly staff despite the crowds.

Perfect! Very beautiful place!

Very nice, comfortable, and well-equipped room. The pluses: the bottles of water in the room, the courtesy tray, and the toiletries. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The bedding is of good quality. The minus: noise from the nearby factory, and the room door is not soundproofed.

A hotel with a very relaxing and picturesque setting and good value for money. I will be back.
