Very quiet and relaxing place, perfect

Very nice location but the maintenance of the rooms should be reviewed We had booked a comfort plus room but the problem was that it was upstairs and with two dogs not great, in addition it was not very big. The owner found us another solution (thanks to him), however, the quality was not the same but we were still satisfied because we could take our dogs out without disturbing anyone. However, the room: Toilet door does not close (except for a loud slamming of it to make ourselves heard by the neighbors) Commercially, our original reservation of a room at € 165.00 was still charged to us for the 3 nights instead of the replacement room at € 155.00. Even if we accepted the change, a commercial gesture would have been welcome :) For breakfast, the price needs to be reviewed because the choice is very limited.
Ideal location but average owner
A true haven of peace near Ars-en-Ré. Wooded paths from the hotel lead to the beach and the village. Very warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness and a very pleasant heated swimming pool! Hearty and varied buffet breakfast and excellent evening meal. We loved our stay and thank the owners, attentive and warm towards their guests!
Perfect for a great time. The hotel is also close to the sea for walking, and easy access to the ARS (French Regional Natural Park). Finally, the food is excellent!

We select the logis hotels for our trips. Room 68 which was allocated to us is in no way worthy of a 3 * unless you are a contortionist to get into the toilets. Too much furniture for such a small room. A small bottle available should be a minimum. The principle of the "slate" type restaurant is very good provided that it is displayed. No price displayed or announced, the surprise on the bill is felt... Very well located hotel, very well maintained exterior. Only a few drawbacks... We will not repeat this experience. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely location within easy walking distance of Ars en Re and of the beach in the other direction. Local food and wine available in the restaurant.
