Magnificent place at the water's edge. A true gem in an equally sparkling setting. For the rest of the serenity of the place, the abundance of the table, a range of atmosphere, taste and color well orchestrated by a team at your service....what can I say? Oh yes, thank you and bravo.

Mooi en verwarmd zwembad waardoor iedereen er van genoten heeft.
De avond zelf in het hotel gegeten en het was zeer lekker! Mooie en ruime keuze op de wijnkaart.
We komen hier zeker terug.

We are long term supporters of Logis Hotels. Despite the attractive appearance of this property and its very good location, this was our worst experience. The restaurant in particular was truly dreadful. Very poor food, poor choice, poor table service and absurd prices given the low standards. Had we been in England I’d have sent everything except the appetiser back to the kitchen. Some of our order never arrived and based on this experience alone, we cancelled our breakfast plans and departed early. The staff were friendly and appeared to try their best but appear to have insufficient resources and training. We had to change rooms soon after arrival as the shower in the original room was blocked. This was handled quite well but we must wonder at the efficiency of the cleaning and maintenance staff that this wasn’t dealt with before guest check in. The drain was completely blocked - not just slow. So the previous guests or cleaning staff were negligent in some respect.

Perfect accommodations, quality food, friendly and attentive staff. Truly not a single false note.

The hotel is very pleasant, full of charm and very high-quality services (room, bathroom, common areas). The welcome is warm and the food is delicious. One small point to improve: the breakfast could do with some work (homemade cake, local bakery specialty, etc.)

The welcome was perfect, as were the bedding and the food! Two additional very positive points: - We arrived late, too late to enjoy the restaurant. The hotel offered to leave a meal tray in our room upon arrival. It was also delicious - Dogs are welcome, and are very well received. An undeniable asset as this is becoming rare in hotel establishments. I highly recommend.

An establishment positioned high-end in the Logis Hotels sphere. An excellent quality of welcome and services, very complete. M We feel a certain "Resort Hotel" spirit but isolated in peace. A gem of a hotel - food, staff, location all brilliant !

The transformation of this establishment by this family is exceptional, we knew it for having been there about twenty years ago, but nothing to do with what it was. Whether it is the welcome by the owners or the staff, everything is remarkable. Bravo also to the chef in the kitchen, who is the son of the owners, who treated us with the eggs meurettes, and the beef steak, whether for the flavors and the quantity. Address to remember. Large parking lot, including a secure one. We went there in November with gloomy weather but under the sun the place must be wonderful with the song of the water.

The location of the house - a little outside of Beaune - is unique and the charm of the old house invites you to stay - rooms, restaurant, other facilities such as swimming pool etc. and above all the friendly service of the staff are the strengths of the house!

A wonderful, secluded location in the middle of a beautiful landscape right by the river with a very warm welcome and service, this hotel is highly recommended. The pool and the loungers are perhaps a little small for the number of rooms and guests. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the evening meal did not match the quality suggested by the price and was not of good taste. This could definitely be improved. We cannot recommend this.

We enjoyed our night at the Moulin d'Hauterives. Warm welcome, very pretty building, beautiful panorama in a calm and bucolic setting. The whole park is extremely well maintained. The pool side is very pleasant and REALLY heated!. The breakfast is very good considering the price. We loved the room we were assigned. It was spacious and bright, clean (just missing a hairdryer in the bathroom). Only downside: Even in the middle of summer, the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday evenings.

Magical place, timeless, peaceful. The staff is lovely and attentive. The restaurant's cuisine is delicious. Spacious room with a superb bathroom. The swimming pool is also a big plus. I would have liked to stay for days.

A little disappointed by the surroundings because of the bad weather (swimming pool out of order) Room a little too high up on the floors without a lift (3rd) No place on the terrace for an aperitif, we were relegated to the terrace in front but not very clean No possibility of eating outside despite the heat Very noisy restaurant Table service blah (no wine advice and we had to go and put pressure on ourselves to get it because the dish was served but nothing to drink...)

Echt een toplocatie, lijkt deftig is het niet. Wel prijzig nachtje als je een dineetje en ontbijtje pakt met 4 (2 kids en 2 volwassenen) kleine 440 euro, maar alles wel goed geregeld.

I think the restaurant needs to have a more extensive menu, the menu was not what was advertised online! It was all BBQ which I am not a fan of.

A magnificent establishment in a pleasant setting, I stayed one night during an evening stopover. If I have the opportunity I will return because I enjoyed my stay.

We had a suite and as there was no television in the bedroom, it would have been very helpful to have light to read in bed. However, the lamps were placed so far away from the bed, that they could not be turned to give reading light...... maybe there used to be a wider bed before?

This was our second time at the Hôtel le Moulin d'Hauterive and it did not disappoint. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and historically interesting as well as being conveniently situated off the A6. Maeve and her father are pleasant, efficient and accommodating with the added advantage that the delightful Maeve speaks very good English and does everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The food is excellent, locally sourced, beautifully presented and very reasonable (three course menu at €42), with a great wine list. We will be back (again)!

we chose this site to have the authenticity of an old regional mill. the mixed Mediterranean and Japanese landscaped garden must certainly have been expensive but which, for us, is incongruous and out of place in this bucolic landscape. no reminder of the old activity. only the abandoned wooden closures of the watercourse and the Ferris wheel canal (replaced by a metal emergency staircase) are authentic and not highlighted.. (shame). the room offered was on the 3rd floor without elevator (not indicated when booking) disabled people to be prohibited. room without suitcase rests. no welcome tray, no kettle or on arrival the bar is closed. mini bar with only 2 small bottles of water. bathroom with shower outlet overlooking the entrance to the room. pretty mirror lighting quite ineffective for shaving. display of the price of towels and others, but no exit from the bath but price displayed. no one for the night and the morning on site. no information on this condition on the site. given the Logis de France designation, I think that the expected quality is not there and that there is still a lot of progress to be made. hoping that our comments will be useful to you in the management of your hotel. our goal is to report non-conformities that we have noted for the improvement of the service and the product, in no case a virulent criticism. best wishes.

What an amazing place. The love, care and money put into this venture is evident everywhere. It is rare to find this level of commitment. The owners are lovely and could not have been more accommodating. Such a peaceful location too. No traffic noise at all, just birdsong and the sound of water passing by the mill.

Hello, We had stayed at this establishment before the change of ownership a few years ago. We were satisfied with our stay at the time and therefore decided to return to the establishment this weekend. The value for money of this establishment has deteriorated significantly. We reserved a specific prestige room. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the presence of bedbugs. Of course we were relocated to another prestige room but disappointed because we wanted a very specific room. In addition, during our dinner at the mill in the evening, we had the 3-course menu for €40. My wife ordered monkfish which was overcooked. For my part, I had suckling pig. The meat was also overcooked and it was reheated meat. The vegetables that accompanied the meat were also reheated vegetables. It's not worthy of a menu at this price. In summary, to apologize for the compensation, the establishment offered us 2 hot chocolates that we had taken at the bar. A joke considering the price of the stay! In short, the problems encountered and the commercial response are not up to par by far!!!
