This Read more former water mill was converted into a temple of gastronomy on 5 December 1983 and from that day onwards the restaurant has never stopped growing in size.
Today you can enjoy a cup of coffee along with some delicious cakes and pastries beside the open fire or enjoy a meal outside on our terrace on a mild summer evening, Since 1995 it has also been possible for travellers to rest their waery bodies in one our bedooms and to look out onto the lush green garden and the magnificent surrounding countryside.
The Moulin has much to offer and indeed so does the entire region. Our chef, Jean-Pierre Vaury who was born within these very walls knows the region and its produce like the back of his hand and will be able to advise you on the places to visit and the food and wine to taste to ensure that you enjoy a most memorable stay. Wanted a hotel close to the autoroute for my journey south. Amazing l find of a hotel. Easy access, plenty of parking. Room exceeded my expectations. Food was excellent. Had the braised beef cheeks which were delicious and so tender. Would have no questions in staying here again.
A real pleasure to have a stay (even a short one) in this establishment
Decent, air-conditioned room on the ground floor but with a French window opening onto a parking lot. Please note that the restaurant has a sumptuous wine list, depending on the region. The breakfast buffet is varied. The strong point remains the welcome and professionalism of the staff both at the hotel and in the restaurant.

Great hotel just off the motorway which was great as a stopover. But it was much more than that. The quality and cleanliness of the room we stayed in was excellent and the restaurant was superb. An opportunity to taste authentic burgundy food while on the way to the Haute Savoie. Very quiet location in rural surroundings. Tesla charger for the car. Great experience. Overall highly recommend.

I recommend this hotel. Despite an error on my part on the reservation date, the staff welcomed me very pleasantly and found a solution. I will now have somewhere to stay for my next visit to Auxerre.
