Perfect! We held our wedding at Le Montligeon restaurant. Our guests stayed at the hotel. Our event was masterfully organized. The evening was extraordinary, both in terms of the quality and attentive service, and the excellent quality of the food cooked and served. Our guests were delighted with the welcome they received and the breakfasts offered. It was flawless. Many thanks to the entire team at Le Montligeon and its owners Patricia and Olivier.

Third stay at this hotel. It feels like home, with added service. Packed lunches for hiking, a top-notch restaurant, and impeccable hospitality. Looking forward to my next vacation!

What can I say, we love this establishment so much. This isn't the first time we've dropped off our belongings at Montligeon. From the moment we arrive, we feel very comfortable thanks to a personalized and warm welcome from the lady. As for the gentleman, he even takes the time to leave his stove to come and welcome us. As for the hotel, we always try to take the "suite." The room is spacious and furnished with great care and taste. The bedding is impeccable and the bathroom very pleasant. Enough to make sweet dreams and in complete silence. As for the restaurant: excellence. The art and manner of making good with good. The products are local and fresh, cooked and showcased with great know-how, authenticity and originality while offering a selection very focused on regional specialties. A delight for lovers of good food prepared on site. The agri-food groups just have to go to bed with restaurateurs like these. For those of you who don't know the place yet, don't hesitate, try it and you'll savor the difference. And the icing on the cake, the hot dishes are skillfully presented on plates... hot! A detail, you might say? Not so much, this is the ABC of cooking that many restaurateurs have forgotten, but not at Montligeon. As for the staff, they are just like the house, very friendly, incredibly efficient, professional and flawless, without falling into the excess of overly academic service. All in a very pleasant room, authentic as we like them but also spacious, thus promoting intimacy. A few months ago, this room was renovated, bringing a new lease of life. It previously had the rustic charm of the inns of yesteryear, with a warm and cozy atmosphere and not at all outdated, which we really appreciate. After the work, this charm has remained intact, everything has been done in the spirit of the building with great taste, the tablecloths are still there and you can even, during the winter, dine accompanied by the soft crackling of the fireplace. Bravo! Thus, there are still owners of establishments who do not let themselves be fooled by interior designers who transform restaurant rooms into funeral home waiting rooms in dark or very dark tones, all in the name of "trend", a trend that will only last for a while, that's the goal, because everything will have to be redone soon to satisfy the new trend of the time. At Montligeon, it's timeless, the room is very beautiful while remaining simple and typical. We were there for Valentine's Day (yes I know! We are not early to leave our comment!), I was going to forget the good value for money. Conquered, we were. So we came back and we will definitely return. We keep an address like this for ourselves but we also share it, hence our comment. Run there, good people, you will not be disappointed, as almost all the reviews that precede ours attest. A quiet country hotel just the way we like them with a charming and welcoming owner.
Montligeon is what everyone dreams of finding in a country village: excellent food, excellent wine, quality ingredients, and above all, the owners' knowledge of the area and its products. Plus, if they're so kind and helpful, everything really is perfect. The room was tastefully renovated and was extremely comfortable, from the bathroom to the bed. I'll do everything I can to return soon, even if it's a long drive from Switzerland.
We enjoyed a warm welcome in a very pleasant family atmosphere. The restaurant offers refined and tasty traditional cuisine. A pleasure in a small flower garden. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, comfortable, and quiet hotel with a family atmosphere, located in a beautiful village at the foot of the magnificent cathedral. A country walk and picnic by a small, peaceful lake offers incredible views of the cathedral through the trees. Excellent dinner and a generous and varied breakfast. Thank you to Patricia, our hostess, for her welcome and for the efficiency with which she resolved our room problem. It was a perfect stay.

Very pleasant welcome
We really liked it.. Warm welcome, pleasant room with the little welcome touch (bottle of water), we had dinner one evening... Perfect: Excellent meal (homemade tripe which received the first prize in France, frankly a TREAT) I also bought two large jars of it).. Hearty breakfast with quality local products... I will particularly remember the local apple juice... Bravo, I didn't know it but I will return to these establishments, that's for sure

Excellent location, close to the many places of interest in Perche (basilica, history, landscapes, hiking trails, etc.). Comfortable room, impeccably kept, quality bedding. The restaurant is an additional asset, varied menu, tasty local products, highlighted by a chef who perfectly masters the harmony of flavors and cooking. Generosity and a real sense of hospitality. Attentive and smiling service.

A nugget! We were warmly welcomed. Room 8 is very unusual and comfortable; large bed and large TV screen, two armchairs, two chairs and coffee table....As a little extra, the WC is separate from the bathroom with bathtub. We had a great night. Our dinner was tasty. A cozy atmosphere with musical background and fireplace. Thanks to Patricia and Olivier for this authentic interlude.
Very nice room, lots of charm. The restaurant also has a very beautiful setting, a real fireplace with a real wood fire which was very pleasant considering the weather we had. The meal was excellent, a real delight. This was a great discovery for us!
