Perfect hotel, everything is impeccable, welcoming staff at reception as well as the breakfast staff who are very attentive to guests' well-being. Perfect room with a magnificent view of the vineyards and spotless cleanliness, very nice bathroom and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended hotel, we come every year.
Excellent facilities. Great location and parking!
We love the location and the staff were very nice. For us, coming with a rental car, the free parking was very useful and important. The price was a little pricey in our opinion, considering no tea/coffee station in the room, no breakfast, no 24hr front desk. Also, our A/C did not work at all, the front desk did not resolve this, and we slept two nights in a slightly-warm room. We were lucky the weather was nice, but we expected the A/C issue to be handled after we told the front desk.

We lodge in this hotel every year for Eastern to visit our family in the Alsace. We are every time welcomed as if we were family. Hope to be there next year...
The hotel is situated in a quiet and charming setting, overlooking the Alsatian vineyards, and close to tourist attractions. The welcome was very pleasant, professional, and tailored to our needs.
The room temperature was a little cool when we arrived but it heated up quickly once the heating was switched on.

This is our third time staying at this hotel; the room was excellent, with high-quality bedding.
Stay from December 7th to 11th, 2025. Huge disappointment with the prices charged, especially since other hotels in Ribeauvillé offer rooms at significantly lower prices. Furthermore, a tour bus with over 40 people from Monday to Wednesday only worsened our stay. We had agreed not to have the room cleaned every day to save water... but not to cut corners on other things like toilet paper, etc. The jacuzzi was charged at €10 per reservation, but on the day, they forgot to turn it on, and to top it all off, some of the jets were faulty. A stay costing over €200 per day? No, sorry, even if it's peak season (Christmas markets), I won't be fooled again.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was bright and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was parking available, and it was within walking distance of the city center. Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.
Pleasant stay
This was our second stay at this hotel. The 10-minute walk to the town center is perfect. Parking is also available. The rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is very good by French standards.

The receptionist's welcome was very minimal, and we felt like we were bothering him, even though it was our first time at this hotel. He didn't offer us the spa services (we had to ask another receptionist the next day). The bedding and pillows were also quite disappointing, too soft for our liking. The bathroom was great, and the breakfast was truly excellent, fresh, and varied.
The hotel is well located. The welcome was warm and courteous. The room was clean and well-appointed. The option to reserve private access to the spa is a bonus. The breakfast price is a bit high, although the quality is adequate. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises.
The staff were great, the room was clean, the bedding was high quality, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The only downside was the walk-in shower, which didn't drain properly, so it was a bit like a swimming pool in the bathroom.
Das Apartement "Cigogne" war richtig toll. Einzig das Deckbett war sehr schwer.
Just one small remark, it seems to us that during our previous visits the room was equipped with a kettle and instant coffee as well as a complimentary bottle of water, but perhaps we are mistaken!
Everything was perfect during our stay, only one small complaint: the pillows were a little soft.

Happy discovery
Ideal hotel for an overnight stay, especially due to the large parking lot on site. Friendly and uncomplicated check-in. The historic part of town is a 10-minute walk away. The room size is adequate, the bed is comfortable, and the room furnishings are typical of a hotel, lacking in character and not exactly modern. However, a good mattress and cleanliness are more important to us – and we found both! The breakfast buffet was good.

Excellent hotel, so clean and tidy. Really good welcome, we were delayed and the gentleman at reception met us in the car park with the room keys. Would definitely stay again, only point to note is the road traffic could be heard, but it does not detract from the overall experience and I would stay again!

Good stay overall, good bedding, clean establishment, shame about the bus one evening that ran its engine for 2 hours in the parking lot to see the driver down 6 to 7 beers from my balcony, and the bland breakfast I would have liked to see the Alsatian specialties (kouglof, mirabelle plum jam, blueberry), charcuterie)

Nous sommes au Ménétrel lors de nos séjours à Ribeauvillé, et nous sommes all très satisfait. The staff of the hotel (the conductors, the assistant, the ladies of the small déjeuner, and also the girls who use the rooms) are very acceuillante. The situation of the hotel is extra, great parking, 10 mn from the commercial streets.
We are very happy to come to your hotel, we started staying at the Menestrel about 20 years ago for the Pfifferday festivities and we have continued to come every year, (1 or 2 times a year) Pfifferday or not, proof that we appreciate your hotel.

Delighted with this first stay in this hotel, what a great discovery! Very professional staff and very friendly in the exchanges, we appreciated it. Excellent products at breakfast... perhaps missing some vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes. But otherwise, a treat! Very pleasant room, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, the presence of a fridge (which works well!) is also appreciated. The view from the balcony is just magnificent!! Please think of smokers with the ashtray... perhaps a double-edged sword because there are non-smokers who like to leave their window open and therefore perhaps suffer from other people's smoke? Personally I always think about it and I only smoked one or two cigarettes late in the evening, making sure that it was not a disturbance for my neighbors. We are already looking forward to returning to this establishment!

The room was too close to the breakfast room and in a busy passageway, so it was a bit too noisy for our liking. Otherwise, the room was comfortable; we would have appreciated having access to a kettle in the room or in the lobby.
