Ça fait déjà 5 années que nous logeons à l'hotel et toujours la perfection

The receptionist's welcome was very minimal, and we felt like we were bothering him, even though it was our first time at this hotel. He didn't offer us the spa services (we had to ask another receptionist the next day). The bedding and pillows were also quite disappointing, too soft for our liking. The bathroom was great, and the breakfast was truly excellent, fresh, and varied.

The hotel is well located. The welcome was warm and courteous. The room was clean and well-appointed. The option to reserve private access to the spa is a bonus. The breakfast price is a bit high, although the quality is adequate. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

The staff were great, the room was clean, the bedding was high quality, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The only downside was the walk-in shower, which didn't drain properly, so it was a bit like a swimming pool in the bathroom.

Das Apartement "Cigogne" war richtig toll. Einzig das Deckbett war sehr schwer.

Ideal hotel for an overnight stay, especially due to the large parking lot on site. Friendly and uncomplicated check-in. The historic part of town is a 10-minute walk away. The room size is adequate, the bed is comfortable, and the room furnishings are typical of a hotel, lacking in character and not exactly modern. However, a good mattress and cleanliness are more important to us – and we found both! The breakfast buffet was good.

Excellent hotel, so clean and tidy. Really good welcome, we were delayed and the gentleman at reception met us in the car park with the room keys. Would definitely stay again, only point to note is the road traffic could be heard, but it does not detract from the overall experience and I would stay again!

Good stay overall, good bedding, clean establishment, shame about the bus one evening that ran its engine for 2 hours in the parking lot to see the driver down 6 to 7 beers from my balcony, and the bland breakfast I would have liked to see the Alsatian specialties (kouglof, mirabelle plum jam, blueberry), charcuterie)

The staff of the hotel (the conductors, the assistant, the ladies of the small déjeuner, and also the girls who use the rooms) are very acceuillante. The situation of the hotel is extra, great parking, 10 mn from the commercial streets.

Delighted with this first stay in this hotel, what a great discovery! Very professional staff and very friendly in the exchanges, we appreciated it. Excellent products at breakfast... perhaps missing some vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes. But otherwise, a treat! Very pleasant room, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, the presence of a fridge (which works well!) is also appreciated. The view from the balcony is just magnificent!! Please think of smokers with the ashtray... perhaps a double-edged sword because there are non-smokers who like to leave their window open and therefore perhaps suffer from other people's smoke? Personally I always think about it and I only smoked one or two cigarettes late in the evening, making sure that it was not a disturbance for my neighbors. We are already looking forward to returning to this establishment!

We really liked the hotel. It's less than 10 minutes into town. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. It's a good starting point for hikes.

We have been at the Menestrel a lot of times and each time they have added something very useful (such as a kettle to make some coffee). We are surely coming back next year.

Netter Empfang, saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer, der Ort ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und gute Parkmöglichkeiten hat es auch.

Allerdings haben sich - wie überall - die Preise leider ein bisschen arg nach oben entwickelt.
Und das (gute) Frühstück ist mit 15€ pro Person auch nicht mehr wirklich günstig.

This is a lovely hotel in Ribeauville on the Alsace wine route. There is enough parking space. Our family room was actually an apartment just next to the main hotel building and it was lovely equipped apartment. The hotel staff was welcoming, very nice to talk to and helpful.

Very easy to access with spacious parking on the side. Nice building, Reception and breakfast room very good. Small downside for the room and the shower room. Reservation made on the site of a triple room, certainly it is very spacious and modern but lacks a little decorations on the walls which would make it less austere. Shower room, same spacious but very austere, very cold atmosphere, black joints at the bottom of the shower area, this is what cooled me after our beautiful arrival, it needs modernization. We did not know that it is suitable for people with disabilities, it is not noted on the site. I felt uncomfortable to have perhaps taken the place of people who would have needed this room. Mixed opinion.

We spent a week in this hotel. The welcome is very good, the people are attentive to the customers. Quiet hotel, no noise. The room is very good, quite large, nice bathroom with Italian shower. On the positive side, 2 armchairs (for reading, watching TV, etc.). We enjoyed the SPA (good idea to book). Too bad there is no restaurant for the evening (we avoid going out in the evening). Depending on where in the city center we want to go, you have to walk. 10 to 20 minutes. We will come back and we recommend this hotel. We were on the 2nd floor. Very important, the parking behind the hotel. Easy to access, free. We left the car and went on foot.

Good overall, but a little far from the center of Ribeauvillé. Positive point free private parking. Only one small downside, access to the SPA, is only possible by reservation, charged €10 per room for only one hour. I think the management should review this last point.

2nd stay in this establishment, and complete satisfaction

Our stay could have been very suitable. Unfortunately it was spoiled by a lack of responsiveness from reception. In fact, we stayed 4 nights and on the second day, the television broke. Although it is not a vital element of comfort, I believe that by becoming unusable, it degrades the expected level of service. The reception will have waited until the last day to announce: “Perhaps we should have changed your room”!!! Which was not done. And on the invoice, no commercial gesture. The room was charged at the original price. Our disappointment is caused more by the casualness than by the establishment which, in the end, is very decent. The staff who work at breakfast are very good.

I had asked for a room with a double bed for 100 euros and we were allocated a room with twin beds because the others in the same price range were already taken. Very disappointed, I asked for another room with a double bed, but we had to pay an additional 35 euros and suddenly the price became high for a room that was certainly very clean but spartan.

Located 10 min. from the historic center, large free parking.

A very accessible hotel along the wine route. Easy and private parking. Very welcoming staff and good value for money. Of course outside the town of Ribeauville but access to the town in 5 minutes on foot.

Quiet hotel, very clean room and bathroom, large free private parking, varied sweet and dirty breakfasts. Establishment ideally located for a 2-night stay during the Christmas market period. Just a small downside, we would have appreciated a more present Christmas decoration in the common areas.

Well located hotel

Some things could be renovated slowly.

Frankly, it's a good address. Hotel well placed for Christmas markets, friendly staff, good breakfast. The small problem, we pointed out, the bedroom window was not very airtight in its upper part. Despite this, we must not have been cold at all. Breakfast may seem expensive but the quality of the service, the products, the cleanliness of the tables and the cutlery are there. In general, we were not hungry at lunchtime.
