good stay, hotel a little difficult to find, do not miss the entrance... quiet place, quiet, car essential very good reception and tourist information by the staff having taken a room a little more expensive, I would have appreciated a tray with tea / coffee in the room
Good overall: the necessary things are missing in the room (bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar, electric kettle) as there are in all Logis and breakfast time, when you are on the move professional, is at 07:30 and it's too late. Otherwise very good restaurant.
Everything leaves something to be desired, on the whole the - and + covet each other.
Excellent stay. Everything is perfect. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Thanks to Karine, at the restaurant for her smile and her generosity. We highly recommend this establishment.

Très bon accueil à l’arrivée en revanche le Check out est à revoir, ou du moins la personne qui fait le Check out….je lui demande quelques informations et en même temps qu’elle me répond le téléphone sonne, elle décroche et me laisse patienter pendant plus de 5min… en me redemandant de quoi on parler…pas très pro et pas normal pour moi….

Une très bonne surprise, comme quoi les notes ne reflètes pas toujours la bonne qualité de l'établissement ! ;) très bon accueil et une soirée étape de qualité sur deux nuits. Ne changez rien, restez comme vous êtes et à très bientôt !

Internet is very bad and slow. Difficult to connect internet and code every time the router changes. And often demand for code under same router.. overall internet is non existing outside reception-area..
Old menucard on internet and present meny very limited, with tew choises.

View the hotel's answerLe Logis Le Mas des Sables est bien situé à l'extérieur de la cité médiévale d'Aigues Morte dans une pinède ombragée et rafraîchissante. L'hôtel propose un parking privé et fermé. L'espace restauration propose une salle en intérieur et en extérieure très agréable en période chaude. Bien que ne l'ayant pas utilisé, la piscine est grande et bien entretenue avec de nombreux bains de soleil à disposition. Les chambres sont toutes situées dans des petites villas se répartissant dans la pinède donnant l'impression d'un petit village provençal.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorés. Les toilettes et salle de bain sont un petite. Par contre, j'ai été un peu déçu de la propreté avec plusieurs toiles d'araignées et d'insectes comme si le ménage avait été rapidement fait sans aller dans les recoins.
Le petit déjeuner est correct dans un style continental.
Le restaurant propose un menu unique différent tous les soirs avec une cuisine recherchée tendant vers le gastronomique.
L'hôtel propose le service "soirée étape" en semaine pour les professionnels à un prix très correct.
Une adresse intéressante tant pour les vacances que pour les déplacements professionnels.

Very nice hotel complex in a huge park with excellent organization in relation to the accommodation possibilities. Special mention for the decoration and the comfort of the Camargue rooms.
