Overnight stopover package for work. A small advertised with pastries, but I found 4 madeleines and 2 packets of speculoos coffee and instant chocolate. I don't consider this as breakfast. Meal at Buffalo with very limited menu (I only stayed 2 nights fortunately). No soap to wash hands after the toilet. I saw someone arrive then nothing more to pass on the information.
The hotel is outstanding. You'll have the best night's sleep in a comfortable bed and super quiet surrounds. The hosts are very accommodating friendly people.
Minimal service (shame about the breakfast) but nice place, very nice building and very decent room.
No rods and hangers for jackets or other clothes. No soap near the sink and only in the shower tray. And above all, no breakfast in the room. Boiling water for freeze-dried coffee and a few madeleines and other small cakes on a tray in the room. Not acceptable for this level of hotel and in relation to my expectations.
Very cordial welcome with sending an SMS from the hotelier to know my arrival time. Practical to be sure to be welcomed when arriving. The place is very pleasant, the establishment offers a very pleasant decorative atmosphere, the room is very spacious, bright and equipped. Evening stopover including a meal at the Buffalo Grill (no catering at the Manoir) where you can enjoy a menu including: 1 aperitif, a main course, a dessert, 1 drink. The quality/price ratio is rather good overall although a little behind compared to other Logis de France in Nord-Pas de Calais. Small downsides (which were reported to the hotelier so this is not a gratuitous criticism from someone hidden behind their screen): - only a few TNT channels were functional (15 were missing) and this, despite launching the channel search procedure. - on the Logis de France website, it is indicated: "breakfast served in the form of a welcome tray in the room". The tray is intended for 2 people with for each: 1/2 bottle of water, coffee, tea, chocolate, 1 madeleine, 1 small chocolate cake and 2 speculoos. The description should not indicate "breakfast" because it is far from a real breakfast in a hotel. - a little soap near the sink to wash your hands would be nice.
The site is sublime and the rooms have been tastefully renovated. The garden is very pleasant. The bedding is of good quality. Ideal for staying in the region.

This is my fourth stay in this peaceful place. The manor is pretty, surrounded by its park, with private parking. The staff is very friendly and takes care of the customers. The rooms are clean and well decorated.

Hello, good stay, just missing breakfast :-) very quiet and beautiful setting.
Pleasant stay, but upon arrival no contact with the staff! the place is good, quiet, but the lack of breakfast is cruelly felt! especially since the welcome tray is very sparse, I think we should invest in a coffee machine in the rooms because the soluble pods are not very good (cocoa drink) among other things.
Very clean accommodation, very quiet, comfortable, very well equipped. The only downside is that it does not offer breakfast. Recommended nonetheless.

A good stay in a nice room but no breakfast, average welcome, insistence on payment (for once I wish to pay on site I found a certain insistence on this point as if I was going to leave without paying and plus with the booking guarantee which debits the card in the event of non-payment, etc.) otherwise the services are by appointment. And having the gate closed when you haven't even left the hotel...not professional at all!

The person who receives the customers has difficulty making themselves understood, she doesn't speak French correctly, too bad. If we had known that there was no breakfast we would not have stayed. (we were 2 salespeople that day) Room 4 = no soap near the sink or in the shower, it seems like a dream. 3 working television channels is not correct. I am a long-time LdF customer and very disappointed. Customer 9923121235926638 error also in billing the price of a room = obliged to send a bank details to transfer the difference = no cash on site!

Bedding that has surely been used a lot; the mattress was saggy on one side. A dangerous balneotherapy with too powerful jets and a touch screen to activate the unresponsive system. Too bad that at 3 am the fire alarm goes off because a guest is smoking in his room. And I never managed to turn on the lights at bed level. And for those who want a breakfast, it is not provided in this hotel.

A team of great kindness, considerate, caring. There is no breakfast service, but a bakery is 50m away (opens at 6:30 am), and the hotel provides coffee, chocolate and tea in the room. Thank you, if I have to stay again in Douai, I will not fail to come back to this hotel.
