We had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The house is in need of renovation. No bathrobes. The spa area smells unpleasant. The house is not up to date. Far too expensive!

Ideal location on the lake, good quality accommodation, well-equipped room, very friendly and attentive staff. Small downside on the restaurant, value for money a little high. Mulled wine and poor quality, cocktail not up to par. Too bad because we spent 3 good days in this hotel.

This hotel is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the Embrun lake. A very welcoming team, very clean common areas of the hotel, room as described, very beautiful outdoor spaces, indoor heated swimming pool. And the catering is perfect: very well presented and tasty dishes!

The hotel is well located, equipped with a spa, which is always nice. But the rooms are very poorly insulated from noise, we suffered music and shouts of laughter from the neighboring room until midnight and sometimes the barking of the dogs which are accepted in this establishment.

We often come back to this hotel because we are satisfied with the warm atmosphere, the perfect location (near the lake), the spa (very nice indoor swimming pool) and the restaurant. Too bad the hotel prices during the holiday period have increased significantly.

Welcoming staff and the services are top notch, especially the swimming pool.

Very friendly staff, the room could have been a little bigger. The storage space in the room could also be a little more generous. We ate the menu there on 6 out of 7 evenings, the first 3 days there was a kind of goulash in different variations - in principle ok, but a better variation of the main course would be an advantage here. The quality of the food was very good, and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was also very good. I have already recommended the hotel.

The ancient city of Embrun is fantastic. Especially on Wednesday and Saturday (market days and good vibes). Fantastic lake nearby

Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Restaurant hat ein Problem mit Messern. Beim Abendessen haben wir das Bavette nicht schneiden können, das extra gebrachte Messer war noch stumpfer als das normale Besteck. Das ist eigentlich ein Nogo. Am nächsten Morgen hätte es zwar Brot gegeben, konnten wir auch nicht schneiden. Messer zu klein und auch wieder an der Schneide komplett stumpf. Baguette ging, wenn man das Messer undrehte, dort hatte man das Metall so verletzt dass etwas schneideartiges entstanden ist.

Despite the little hiccup on our arrival we were able to be accommodated in two suites while waiting for our room to become available. We appreciated this gesture and took full advantage of the Nordic bath which was included with the suite; The swimming pool and the sports equipment were a great success with our teenagers. For the rest of the stay, the family duplex room was pleasant and practical when you come with your family. We are seriously considering coming back for a longer stay next time.

We were looking for a hotel that would welcome our dog and that is rare in the area! The hotel and the restaurant are dog friendly, which allowed us to come and discover Embrun with our labrador. The great pleasure of this place is also the swimming pool and spa area very appreciable after the hikes!!!

I was 3 really beautiful days. Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. The restaurant is excellent. Excellent value for money. Very professional and kind staff. We'll be back.

Première expérience dans un logis hôtel. Belle découverte avec un hôtel qui tient ses promesses. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Ce qui était annoncé était bien présent, que ce soit au niveau de l’accueil, des chambres, du petit déjeuner et du repas pris un soi.

The hotel is fine. Great service people are very friendly. On the other hand the room was not super clean: dirty basin, dust in the room. And we who wanted to sleep a little in the morning and you wake up between 8 and 9 a.m. by the sounds of the hallway. The swimming pool would also have deserved a few more degrees. Good as a whole

This is not the first weekend that the lake has not been spent at the hotel. Warm welcome with a smile, very clean establishment, perfect room and bedding. Wifi to review, bad network it does not pick up in the rooms but personally I don't care whether it is there or not .. Really nothing to complain about this establishment I will come back for a next stay without worries

Very warm welcome, we had a triple room large enough for 3 and a baby. We liked the little attention on our arrival with the plate of madeleine. Heated swimming pool, sauna, very appreciable Hammam. Very complete breakfast with top service.

Nothing to say about the room. Regarding dinner, restaurant staff very professional. The next day payment for the dinner of the previous day at the reception of the hotel. 5€ more on the bill! I ask the gentleman for explanations concerning this over-billing of five euros, specifying that I took a starter and a main course. The formula is at 20 € but I was charged a formula at 25 € starter main course plus dessert or cheese. Not correct… Finally pool water was cold spa close.
