The only positive point is the bedding. The hot water arrives after a 10-minute wait, and in the morning we're still waiting for it. Cleanliness needs to be improved, and the chef's welcome is a big joke. Very expensive for what it's worth.
atypical, lots of charm, excellent food, charming little village
Hotel located in a very beautiful setting, but in its original state. The rooms are acceptable, but the shower room is in serious need of renovation and proper cleaning. The evening meal was more than delicious, however, the quantity was a bit limited. However, when it came to breakfast, it was a disaster. Nothing savory at all, a few pieces of bread in film left the day before. And nothing to give confidence in eating. As for the coffee pods, let's talk about it? Lamentable. Obviously, I won't be going back, especially since on the road before arriving, I was informed that I wouldn't be able to be seen before 6:30 p.m. If staying in a hotel bores you, stop and stick to the restaurant; in this area, you excel.
To be avoided as a salesperson, no parking, visibly limited hours for reception, no menu, staff who do not speak French, no breakfast before 9 a.m., and spartan
Family hotel with great Top Chef cuisine!
Very expensive hotel compared to the services. I am used to Logis and the value for money is not there. A price of 80e max for a stopover would be correct but the 112 is what I pay in Gordes aux Carcarrilles for a 5 star level!!!

I have not received a booking confirmation. I took care to check by phone, but the person I contacted told me that reservations were made online, and everything was full. As a result, I went to another LOGIS hotel, the L'ETAPE hotel in BOUC BEL AIR. Dishonestly, the GRAND PUECH did not forget to charge my account, without me using its services. After 20 years of loyalty to LOGIS hotels, I admit that this is a first. Fortunately, until now I have made all my reservations by phone from your directory, this charge "sticks in my throat" and will not go unanswered if I am not reimbursed!

Disappointing hotel overall. Major problem is the opening of the reception at 7 p.m.!!! I find this unacceptable, even if, as the owner clarified to me, it is written in the confirmation email. I book several nights a week and it’s true I don’t read them all. I think this is my first time encountering this… What if I had seen this in Corsica, where the hotel didn't open before 6 p.m.!!! Despite everything, I thank the owner for coming, following my call. For the meal I find that we lack choice, especially when we know some Logis with the same price level… Breakfast, frankly NO, it takes place in a small room, 1 table, 3 chairs and…. We manage...coffee machine in a cupboard, a little bread, 1 fridge for butter, fruit juice...but there is no glass! On the other hand, the place is great, with a magnificent view from the restaurant side. Thank you
The staff were the highlight. Everyone working at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were very basic, but clean. I'm not sure if there were meant to be bath towels, but we did not have any for our one night stay.
We only stayed one night. The staircase is very narrow, the room and the bedding are correct. The vintage bathroom, we waited 15 minutes for hot water, just soap at the shower, none for washing our hands. I'm not sure the heaters work. This hotel is ok for one night. No one left when we left, we left the keys with the neighbors. The village is however very pleasant.
Reception not up to what is announced. Dinner at the pantry, breakfast in a storage room. Not even a cup in the bathroom. Payment being requested on arrival, there is no possibility of discussing the service upon departure since I did not see anyone!!!

An unusual hotel in this adorable little village where you will discover a table deserving of being a "distinguished table" given the quality of the dishes. And made by the super friendly chef who takes care of everything (also of the hotel) and makes you discover excellent wines! Bravo chef Michel. You will also discover a room with a great terrace overlooking the valley and you can see the Caut lake.
