Excellent welcome, very pleasant setting. Impeccable room.
Very average hotel for the price charged. Overnight stay with a set menu. It would be wise to offer at least some dishes. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. The location, however, is magnificent and the view splendid.
This property is located atop a hill overlooking the town, with indoor parking and a swimming pool. Fantastic views. The hallway and room have the feel of an American motel you see in movies: the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes, and one wall is a French window that opens onto a large balcony, making the room very bright. However, our bathroom is from the 1960s: both the sink and the showerhead are fitted with a fixed arm and a curtain. The staff is attentive and welcoming. Breakfast (dessert only) is available for a fee. As for dinner, it's a shame the restaurant is closed on weekends (including Fridays). There's no hair dryer. Our bathroom wasn't like the photos and could use a modernization. No hotel offers a mini-fridge in the room. With the August temperatures and the high prices of bottled water, it's a pain.
4th living room, that's one too many, apart from the view... The cleaning needs to be done, crumbs on the desk, dusty bedside tables, dirty TV screen as are the various mirrors, even the hangers have dust....

From a human point of view, the hotel staff is really kind, attentive and everything is done to make you feel good, with almost immediate responsiveness. A real pleasure so rare. On the other hand, the hotel services are not at the level expected: the room and the balcony were not clean, the catering not great, the breakfast really minimal. Very disappointed compared to the promise when booking.
Nothing is wrong with hygiene, welcome, value for money, service. Everything was terrible. The view from the room is really nice.

Excellent hotel, nice stafff, very good dinner, parking, a mice warm pool and a splendid view over Draguignan.
No reception on Sundays, so picking up the keys isn't very convenient. The hotel is very old and needs a major overhaul. The air conditioning doesn't work, which makes for a difficult night's sleep in the early June, as it's impossible to sleep with the window open in a room overlooking the road leading into Draguignan.

The room was fine, except for the problem with the toilet door which was difficult to close and the bathroom door which was impossible to close.
Poor value for money, the prices on arrival do not match the prices on departure! Upon arrival we were given the keys and we had to find the room!
It is obviously an old building and has had some internal upgrade and painting. It meets your needs with a good size double bed, hot shower, TV etc. The 10 Euro breakfast is more than adequate and the coffee is good.

A couple who love their job and who know how to take care of their customers. A hotel with a stunning view of Draguignan. Free parking (it's becoming rare). Very good and friendly family cooking. A magnificent swimming pool that has been recently redone. A little home in Draguignan.

Very limited catering service (nothing between lunch and dinner). We were advised to go to the supermarket if we needed anything. Reception did not want to give two extra towels for the pool telling us to use the ones in the rooms. General approach was cold giving the feeling that we were disturbing

Very pleasant for our short stopover in the Var. The hotel had all the facilities we wanted, it was very good. The swimming pool, surrounded by the garden, is very pleasant. The hosts are very nice and do their utmost to ensure you have a good stay.

Very disappointing stay in this hotel which does not deserve a *, outdated and unsecured equipment, reception and breakfasts with a strict minimum etc... The quality is not worth the price. Avoid at all costs!!!
Very old and poorly maintained quadruple room with questionable cleanliness. Traces of rust on the bathroom radiator, stained towels, an outdated shower with a scaled showerhead that barely let water through and a shower curtain full of mold. As for the bedding, the children's beds were not very comfortable and the sheets were stained. We quickly collected the keys at 3:30 p.m. because we had a wedding nearby at 4 p.m. and didn't return until the middle of the night so no one at reception to complain. The next morning we did not ask for our rest and returned the keys to leave as quickly as possible without having breakfast. The gentleman at reception didn't even ask us how we found our short stay. We do not recommend this hotel at all.

Reception and non-existent service, just like the smile of the manager. Room cleanliness average. On the other hand, the bedding is of good quality. This hotel deserves a little maintenance, it's a shame. In all cases the quality/price ratio is not there.
Hotels in Draguignan. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent and clean rooms and bathroom. Nice swimming pool and bowling alley. Common areas a little shabby. Buffet breakfast only sweet. Good dinner apart from the tagliatelle as a side dish to the Provençal stew. Prices a little high, but we are close to Saint Tropez.
Rather large room and pretty terrace with a view of the city but... Non-existent soundproofing (we benefit from the neighbor's TV all night), dated presentation, to be modernized, old and dark bathroom, noisy VMC. The catering displays too limited a choice, breakfast too basic. Unprofessional welcome. A place equipped with an electric terminal but at a prohibitive price and in any case occupied by a thermal vehicle... In short, I won't go back there.
