We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We received a warm welcome from a friendly, professional staff who were always available to meet our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with high-quality bedding. The hotel's location is also a real plus, ideal for exploring the area around Gevrey-Chambertin; the town center is easily accessible on foot, and you're just a few meters from lovely hiking trails. In the evening, the restaurant offers delicious cuisine; we were even able to enjoy the terrace with its summery weather for early April. Breakfast was also delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Very warm welcome, ideal location
We chose this hotel for a birthday weekend in Gevrey, including an in-room massage service booked for November 19, 2025, and confirmed by email that same day. Upon arrival, there was no record of this reservation. We were told that a recent software update had caused a bug. While this can happen, we were disappointed that no real solution or appropriate compensation was offered. A simple complimentary drink at the bar at 4 pm was neither satisfactory nor appropriate given the circumstances. A more reasonable gesture, such as a discount on the room rate, would have been appreciated, especially since we had chosen this hotel primarily for this service as a birthday gift. Furthermore, the room itself did not fully meet our expectations: the bathroom was outdated and lacked a shower screen, the fixtures were old-fashioned, there was only one bath towel for three people, and basic amenities such as a bottle of water were missing. We therefore regret an overall disappointing experience given the expectations and the particular context of this stay.

The decor in the common areas has been redone and is quite nice and inviting. The room was disappointing - dirty carpet - no lighting for the desk, condemning us to work in the dark with our computer - small bath towel for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars - the room wasn't cleaned on the first day because they should have put a label on the door (because we weren't allowed to enter the rooms :) very funny, considering that during our absence all day someone came into our room to give us a second chair we had requested!!!) - At reception, upon arrival Sunday late morning, we asked if the restaurant was open. We were told it would open next week, but in reality, it opened the following day, Monday...!!! - Very average breakfast - There was only one chair for two people - No shower curtain - Shower hose door unscrewed - This morning there were no more baguettes left at breakfast at 8:00 am - As the premises were empty, there was no way to ask for anything - Not much staff available - The presence of friends or family in the hotel who were making noise gave the impression that we were neither welcome nor at ease.
The bedroom door wouldn't lock. The safety latch was unusable. The door had poor sound insulation. The TV didn't work. The carpet was stained and torn in several places. The sink faucets lacked aerators, causing splashes every time the mixer tap was turned on. The toilet bowl was dirty (covered in limescale). The shower floor was slippery, and there was mold in the bottom corner of the glass shower screen. The window offered a stunning view of a wall 2 to 3 meters away. Do not rely on the information provided during booking, as much of it is misleading.

A truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The receptionists are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view of the vineyards that makes the stay even more special. The rooms are lovely, decorated with great taste. Special mention goes to the fantastic breakfast, featuring excellent products. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful decor, very pleasant welcome, good restaurant, the decor of my room made me forget it could use a refresh, but the bath seat was quite disappointing, although clean. There's still some renovation work to be done. This won't stop me from recommending it and returning :-)
The hotel boasts an ideal location in Gevrey-Chambertin, and the characterful building is enhanced by tasteful decor. However, for rooms priced at €110 for an overnight stay, certain amenities are lacking: luggage rack, suitable mirror, hairdryer, and the spaces—both bedroom and bathroom—are truly cramped. In the restaurant, the young waitress did her best despite a very busy evening with a large group. A few minor errors occurred, but it would have been preferable for management to provide her with more support under these circumstances. The cuisine, for its part, doesn't quite meet the standards expected of a Logis hotel, which is regrettable given the potential of the place. Finally, I paid €123.50, but my loyalty account was only credited with €120, which should be corrected to reflect the actual amount paid.

I highly recommend this establishment; every time I'm in the area, I book a stay for an overnight package. The staff are excellent, as are the rooms and the restaurant. Thank you for your always warm welcome.

A friendly hotel where we felt quite comfortable overall. As Germans, we were able to communicate reasonably well in English, which isn't always the case in France. The room was a bit dated but clean and warm. Again, no German TV was available! Therefore, not a perfect score, as this really isn't an issue these days. Furthermore, no one informed us that everyone needed their own Wi-Fi code. We only received one access point. Overall, the price-performance ratio was okay, but on the higher end.

We avons spent a night in room 14. Celle-ci, située sous les combles, elle est si petite qui'il n'y a même pas la place pour deux tables de chevet, j'ai dû poser mes affairs par terre. The bedroom is humid, with perfect heating. The layout of the bedroom and bathroom is old, in total contradiction with the reception and restaurant, here they are entirely new. The comfort in this room is non-existent and the price of €100 for the night is totally unfair. Furthermore, the photos of the standard room presented on the site are not available again with the room we bought here. Nous sommes tres déçus de nore séjour.

Its a beautifull hotel on a gorgoes location. With friendly personal only one off our rooms wasn't very clean. They are renovating, the room that wasnt renovated had a really worn put bathroom and wasnt clean. The other was ok
Everything is good in this hotel: cleanliness and comfort. However, the price paid for a 4-star hotel is not justified (I don't see any difference with an item with fewer stars): no swimming pool, non-air-conditioned room, ordinary breakfast buffet, parking space on the street, no safe and no mini-bar in the room.
Very nice surprise for the bar and restaurant but the rooms do not all correspond to the photos, especially one in the attic.
The hotel room did not look at all like the photos of the rooms on the website (tiny and dilapidated room, under the roof for 95€ per night!). We asked to change rooms, the second one was bigger but just as dilapidated. No connection with the photos posted on the website. No air conditioning in the hotel (only an old fan left at disposal). The hotel was undergoing renovations during our visit, we allowed ourselves to ask if the work would still last a while (giving the benefit of the doubt on this false advertising). The manager told us that the work was almost finished, that there were only a few days left. I concluded that the rooms would remain in their original state, dilapidated decor with peeling wallpaper, the modernity sold on the website had clearly been very much forgotten in the 2 rooms visited... Given the price of the rooms, we expected a little more comfort and modernity (as presented on the website).

Renovated hotel but still under construction. In the middle of a heatwave and without any information at the time of booking, the hotel does not yet have air conditioning. Worse, a fan even louder than a vacuum cleaner is planned. The hotel does not even have the decency to offer bottled water in the room. The management is a reflection of the building...unfinished. Regarding breakfast, I urge you not to go hungry.
We stayed 4 nights, as a couple with a baby. The room was clean, spacious and above all very quiet, perfect for a good rest. We had a baby bed installed free of charge upon our arrival, as requested. Our bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spotless. The common areas are magnificent, we loved having breakfast in the barn overlooking the vineyards. The garden behind the hotel was very nice. The on-site restaurant is a real pleasant surprise: well-cooked dishes, fresh produce, fast and pleasant service. The staff is welcoming and attentive, thank you again for their kindness! I have a hard time understanding some of the comments, this is a family hotel, not a soulless chain where everything looks the same, I recommend without hesitation and we will come back this time with friends to enjoy the bar and the pétanque courts!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel which is currently being renovated. A clean, quiet room and good bedding. We would have appreciated having a little more than a tea bag in the room. Be careful, the rooms are not systematically made up if you do not ask. Communication upon arrival would have been appreciated. This is a hotel with a lot of potential and which still requires improvements.

Hotel under construction The hotel is easily accessible. Due to renovation work on the facade, it's difficult to guess that it's a hotel. Fortunately, the interior is quite different: part of the renovations is complete, and the welcome is warm. We were quickly taken care of and escorted to our room. Note that there is no restaurant service on weekends. The room is cozy, well decorated in a contemporary style, but a little narrow for 3 people. The bathroom is comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast is served in a large, bright room offering a beautiful view of the vineyards. The menu is varied and of very good quality. Regarding parking, the rear parking lot is under construction and unpaved; fortunately, it was dry during our stay. It is also possible to park in front of the hotel.
