In Essen, besonders das Frühstück war spärlich, auf Anfrage nach einem Rührei wurde dies abgelehnt. Die Zubereitung des gekochten Eis war nicht vorbereitet. You must be careful, we are in the water where you are, and you have to eat some of the food, the water is in the air and you have your gut, Hintergrundwissen has your gut.

Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance! The cheerful freshness of the colours, the paintings of the owner of the place and the quality of the welcome by a couple of attentive and friendly owners make the first impression disappear. The room is clean, air-conditioned, comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant menu is short, which is a good sign, but the dishes are excellent and the choice of wines (we are in Burgundy!) very judicious for very reasonable prices. Well located, easy to access despite improvable signage, away from the infernal traffic of the A6. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Hotel that we often frequent when we go to the south. Well located near the highway and quiet. The manager is very attentive.
Being told at 4 p.m. while heading to the hotel that there are no more rooms despite a reservation confirmed and guaranteed by credit card more than 48 hours in advance is absolutely abnormal. For compensation, an end to non-receipt. In the opposite direction my credit card would have been debited.

Un établissement comme on les aime, accueil cordial, service de qualité. Il est dommage que cette race de professionnels soit en voie de raréfaction. La partie restauration est également excellente avec un beau panel des crus du terroir. Ce serait dommage de passer à coté de cet établissement.
