Logis Hôtel le Castel Ac'h

An exorbitant price (180 €/night without breakfast) for so little service: Small room, no air conditioning, toilet in the bathroom, very small desk not practical for working, no refrigerator. No recreational services (swimming pool, sauna, gym...). A professional welcome but far from warm. Only the person serving breakfast was incredibly kind and dedicated to her customers.

Very nice hotel, well located. Spacious and clean room, but the main drawback is the quality of the bedding. The mattress has been used a lot and no longer has any support, giving me lumbago. 120 euros a night for back pain is very disappointing.

Hello, a small downside to our stay. The techno at breakfast, I was very surprised by the choice of music for the background music. For the rest, as usual, a very pleasant stay.

A beautiful address facing the ocean. Beautiful beach in front and departure for visits to the 2 lighthouses 700 meters away. Quality restaurant.

The hotel is very nice, well located, our room overlooking the bay is not large but practical. The restaurant is perfect for me who is gluten intolerant, it's the one that makes all the difference and where we notice the quality of service as well as the quality of the catering.

Good hotel, well located, nice room (no television) too bad, room directly overlooking the sea (great) but when the sun is beating in the window, you should remember to draw the curtains to limit the heat in the room. room, plus no ventilation. For the quality that the hotel displays, this would not be a luxury. The breakfast is not worth the price (16€). Consider purchasing a machine for boiled eggs. Other hotels have scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, grilled bacon etc for a lower price….

First time in a home where you cannot have direct contact with the hotelier but with a reservation center for all logistical questions, which is also very unpleasant on the phone if you want information. It is absolutely not in the state of mind of a home and in addition very small room and very expensive compared to other hotels.

Although we had booked a room with a balcony on the top floor (fortunately we had that in writing), none was reserved for us. Supposedly due to renovation work that was not yet completed. However, there was finally a financial concession. When leaving, there were initially difficulties redeeming the loyalty points. Only through perseverance and intransigence on our part was the way found to redeem them on site. It was not possible to enter the hotel bill for additional ETIK loyalty points. We booked the hotel because we had a very good experience last year and we really liked it. This time we were a bit disappointed. The staff responsible for the lobby and for the terrace was little or not at all attentive. Most of the time we had to order our drinks at the bar ourselves. Even when we were served we weren't asked for any further requests. All in all - a lot of room for improvement compared to the staff in other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Hotel under construction, which should be nice once finished, hoping that the finishes are correct and the decor of the room and hallway a little improved ........

Pleasant reception. Room simply decorated but pretty and well equipped. Premises still under construction
