The hotel's sole purpose seems to be promoting its gourmet restaurant. The atmosphere is far from welcoming, and the room is tiny. The bedding is poor quality, and the shower/bathtub is minuscule and extremely dangerous. It's impossible to have dinner in the evening other than the set menus, which start at €79 without drinks. Not wanting to eat a seven-course gourmet meal that didn't appeal to us, we went to eat in Valence. Everything is tiny (even breakfast), but the prices are exorbitant. The only positive point is the hotel's private parking. Do not book this hotel for an overnight stay.
Loved everything in the hotel. Maybe good to know that the shower head in my bathroom needs decalcification or needs to be replaced. And with a next renovation, please take out the carpet in the rooms 🌞

Presentation of the dishes magnificent, the meal was delicious, absolutely to be discovered, the star is well deserved, all the staff are top notch, very friendly and professional. Delicious meals with a beautiful combination of food and flavors. The best thing about this hotel is the private and secure parking. This is the third time we have stopped here and we will return.
Overall rating 10/10! Overall! Exceptional restaurant, with refined and original flavors! I was upgraded to a suite, and the unique bathroom has a shower and bathtub. A very quiet establishment! A must-see!

Nice little hotel in a village near the Rhône. We had one night on our journey from Spain to the Netherlands. Not too big room, but quiet with a good bed. We only found out later that the restaurant of the hotel has a Michelin star. Because we were quite tired from the journey, we unfortunately could not fully enjoy it. The quality is very good, but keep in mind a price tag.

Very nice hotel, just missing an elevator for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The food is remarkable and the service is impeccable, just for that you should make the detour.

The parking lots should be shaded + there is no direct access from the parking lot to the hotel + there is not enough slope for the Italian shower to drain + insufficient sink lighting + no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Everything that follows evokes my feelings about this establishment.
The many awards for this establishment speak volumes about the quality. It would be nice to see (perhaps) a seniors menu? Wec are both in our 70's and beyond the starter/main course/desert with a cheese option we would be simply defeated by the amount of delicious foods offered. Maybe an option of 'Seniors Menu Choose from the following' with a selection of 4 starters, 4 main meals and 4 desserts. I do not know if this is feasible but I am sure would please many 'elder' clients.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 5 years when we go south. We have always been received very kindly. The food is of very high quality and the choice of wines is grandiose, a real gastronomic stopover.
