Nothing to report, the hotel was great.
No staff on arrival. No internet.
I arrived to a room and bathroom without heating, even though it was 5°C outside. I had to ask reception for the bathroom heating to be turned on. The receptionist opened a wardrobe and switched on the circuit breaker, even though I had been there for an hour. The meal, supposedly in a regional restaurant, was a series of microwaved dishes: the microwaved rice was inedible. They tried to charge me for three courses on the set menu, even though I only ordered two, based on the menu options (quiche, charcuterie platter, roast pork or roast turkey), claiming I had booked through the Logis Hotel website. I've been coming to the Capricorne for eight years, and I've never received such poor service.
A lovely hotel with excellent amenities. The adjoining restaurant has reopened, which makes meals much easier when staying on-site instead of having to go back into the city center. The staff are attentive and helpful. Thank you, keep up the good work! 👍🏻

The hotel was generally cold, and the room in particular. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Dinner was passable, but the service was very slow.
Excellent little hotel, the only one truly in Marmande. Very warm welcome, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with pastries and fresh bread, fruit and dairy products... very comfortable and super quiet rooms... the best place in the area

We arrived at the hotel at 21.15 and were told the bar and restaurant were closed, we chose this hotel for the bar and restaurant- they were both closed on arrival.
The fire alarm rang at 1am - no members of staff present, total confusion, waited outside in the cold - the fire alarm stopped after 10 - 15 minutes and we decided to return to our room - no staff present inside or outside the building - we slept with our clothes on and our bags beside us , in case it was a fire!!

Very pleasant welcome from the receptionist. However, our room wasn't ready like most of the rooms. At 6 p.m., the cleaning staff was still working. Very quickly, the receptionist found herself overwhelmed and complained about it. Someone finally came to her aid. The person present Sunday morning was charming and very professional.
We had a great stay. A big thank you to Linda who made us feel at home.

I paid almost 130 euros when going on the hotel's website for the same dates it was 85 euros + breakfast!! Not happy with the booking price!!
Perfect. Friendly and very professional staff. Thank you. It's a shame the TV volume is stuck at 15. My ears aren't brand new anymore, and I would have liked to be able to turn the volume up a little more without disturbing my neighbors, of course.

We enjoyed our stay, especially given the heatwave, the pool and air-conditioned rooms were a real plus. We just regretted that, having made the reservation on the Logis Hôtel website, the website didn't warn us that the restaurant wasn't open. Otherwise, we received a great welcome and great service due to the faulty television system. In short, we'll keep this address in mind for a future stay, hoping that the restaurant will be reopened.

Finally a real old-fashioned hotel with a stocked fridge, a breakfast buffet with smiling people. It's a gem, but I didn't have time to try the pool and restaurant. All this is a change from the imperfect Accor chains whose food is too industrial. Well done to the whole team and see you soon on your next visit to the region.

I took one of the superior rooms with a terrace: a very nice surprise! Large terrace where you can easily sit 4 people, large room with each part well separated. Top pillows (far from always the case), good bed, very wide TV offer 👍. And the best for the end: very pleasant welcome on Thursday evening: beautiful smile + very professional + attentive, well done

Lovely hotel. Fantastic staff, so helpful and cheery. The gardens are so well maintained. I get the impression that the owner is a perfectionist as everything looks so well managed.
Things we didn’t like;
Too dangerous stepping in and out of the shower which is over the bath. Nearly went over twice.
Get rid of those stupid hairdryers with a hose. Only thing they’re good for is clearing the steamed mirror.
This hotel is one to watch. When the restaurant reopens,hopefully in May it will make it a very attractive destination.
We shall return!

Despite being sent an email the day before our stay to welcome us to the hotel and restaurant we arrived to find the restaurant had shut 2 weeks before. We deliberately chose this hotel because we had driven for 8 hours and didn’t want to go out again to eat!

We arrived at 5:45 and the door to the hotel was locked. We texted the Hotel....no response. A man happened to see us and said he was a cook at the hotel. He gave us the code and we entered. Our key was on the counter. If this guy had not shown up I do not know how long we would have stayed in the parking lot.
