I've stayed at this establishment several times and have no complaints. One small thing to change: the renewal of the menu for overnight stays.

Very good experience, friendly welcome and very kind staff. The rooms are comfortable and have a small sunny terrace! The evening meal was good as was the breakfast: very varied with local products. We stopped there on the way back from our vacation and took advantage of the afternoon to discover the pretty city of Troyes. Highly recommended.

I frequently use this Logis on my return from motorbiking in France, the night before making the crossing back to the UK. It is a superb way to spend the last night of my holiday. I have a general point about not one of the many Logis I have stayed in provide any form of "grab rail" or handle within the shower area to help my less than nimble self . All hotels should provide this.

A very neat hotel, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and breakfast. Rooms at the back are better; at the front, you can clearly hear passing cars. For me, the beds were rather hard.

Perfect stay! We arrived late due to a car breakdown. We were warmly welcomed. The room we were assigned was perfect for our needs! We are traveling with a small dog who was also very well received by all the staff! The establishment's breakfast and restaurant room was allowed, which allowed us to have lunch and dinner there without fear or stress! This is a significant aspect to highlight! All the staff, regardless of their role (chambermaid, waitresses in the restaurant, gardener, owner, etc.), are attentive and considerate. Since there was no taxi available within a reasonable time, the owner himself took me to the garage to pick up my car! The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the village center with all amenities, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, cafes, etc., 5; 10 minutes from the hotel and at the same time close to nature walks! The village of Chaource is cute to visit. We spent two very pleasant days. THANK YOU We'll come back!

Warm welcome, great friendliness, very good food, room facing the road a little noisy and bed base tired. A very pleasant stopover.
Reception on a Sunday afternoon was barely adequate. Also when informed there were no bath towels in our room they did not arrive for 2 hours. the manager came on duty later and he was very efficient.
The staff is very professional. The room and bathroom are modern, and the air conditioning is a real plus. The buffet breakfast is varied and balanced. The 3-course dinner was delicious, with regional dishes and wines. Everything was perfect, except for the soundproofing of the room. We slept on the road side on a Saturday night. There was traffic, and the room's bay window, despite closing the shutters, was not impervious to outside noise. The Wi-Fi was average.
A perfect hotel for a relaxing and gourmet stopover.
I enjoyed the room overlooking a meadow with beautiful cows. I also appreciated having a separate toilet and shower room. The food was good and the staff very kind and attentive.

An icecold shower is not ideal after a long, hot travel day
It’s our first stay at La Cadusia. The receptionist was helpful logging us onto the wifi. The room was clean and inviting. There was coffee making facilities but like so many hotels in France there was no milk. The fridge worked but was tiny. It was useful to have though. Everything else was clean and the bed was oh so comfy! Our dog was made very welcome. He was allowed in the restaurant. This is very important for us as, due to health problems, he can’t be left alone. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was superb. Most of it home made and was amazing. We thanked the member of staff for it. We will hopefully stay with them again.
The hotel generally felt a little understaffed. No-one on the desk when we arrived and had to search for someone to check us in. We were left to find the room ourselves after finally getting the keys. Signs indicated that English was spoken but that wasn't the case with most of the staff. The restaurant was busy but understaffed and quality of food average at best.
A regular stop on our trips to France. We always enjoy returning. Easy to find, covered parking, and a room that met all our needs. I ate well and slept soundly. This time, the water heater gave us a bit of a surprise; let's just say it was a bit of a wake-up call in the morning.
Medium size hotel with modern rooms and ample parking space. Friendly and effcient staff. Magnificent breakfast and good restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxed stop-over. Wish that every 3-star hotel is like this one. Chaource is a smaller town with shops and restaurants and the hotel is sutuated on the outskirts, but still a short walk from the town centre.
