Dinner was absolutely excellent!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Room was a bit dated, bathroom needed a renovation. The food for dinner was top class!

The first quality of a Hotel, where you spend a night's sleep ... is the bedding.. And there for 3 nights. It was a disaster.. It is not being attentive to its customers. The mattress has two hollow shapes in the place of the bodies. It is disrespectful to its customers. I address the management: Spend a night in room 6 and you will agree with me .... On the other hand, the ownership of the mirrors and the shower ...... After 3 nights, When leaving, we are not asked if the stay suited us.. Former saleswoman, if you like your job it is to satisfy your customers, otherwise it is serious, change your profession ...
Good reception because we were getting married, they were kind enough to give us the room before 3 p.m.

Rooms & hotel, generally could do with a "spruce up" and the spiral staircase, whilst a great "centrepiece" can be a tough climb at the end of a hot & tiring day!
As it's at a road junction, the traffic noise can be annoying (though there's not a lot that the hotel can do about that!
The challenge is keeping cool in hot weather - no fans/air conditioning in the room & opening the windows wide makes the traffic noise worse

Very good price-quality ratio. Simple, but just very good. The dinner was also very good in its class.
Chambre difficilement accessible escalier peu pratique, pas d'ascenseur. Chambre n°6 nécessitant une remise en état (boiseries à repeindre, parquet déformé et joints très grands entre les lames + de 5 mm) le chauffage ne fonctionne ni dans la chambre ni dans la sdb, traces de moisissures au joints dans la sdb, la bonde du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas. Propreté pas top : Fils de poussière pendant des abat-jours au dessus du lit. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement. Si le restaurant gastronomique est correct, le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La salle est très bruyante, le bar est rempli des verres sales du repas de la veille au soir, le café n'est pas bon du tout et le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas réapprovisionné en temps et en heure. Si les premiers clients dévalisent le buffet, il ne reste rien pour les suivants.

Disappointed by the dinner service (at the aperitif the glass of champagne ordered was not one or completely stale, our 13-year-old grandson was refused a small assortment of dessert after having taken a dish at 20, 50 euros..etc) At breakfast, no bread available even though there were 6 of us at the table, the yogurts were not cool and the cheese was a trickle... Too bad because we had still reserved 2 rooms with our children and little ones children and we wanted to enjoy the "gastronomic" restaurant and a good breakfast for the whole family, hence our disappointment.

Very disappointing
Being that they advertise that they had a lift which was not true, and here very unhelpful as my mother could not manage the stairs. I asked for bottle water and another cup as only one was in the room very noisy through the night as windows had to be opened because of heat would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing. We are greeted by a message on an A4 sheet: call this number etc... I call, I get an answering machine, luckily a customer comes out and explains to me that I will find my key on the bar with the code. entrance and wifi code. 1 hour after my arrival still no call back. In short, if you are looking for the human, here, it is absent. the only person crossed in 3 days is the woman who does the rooms. Restaurant closes on Thursday evening on Friday ... I chose this Hotel because it has the LOGIS de FRANCE logo and this is the first time that I have been disappointed by Logis de France
