Hotel in the city center you can hear the cars a little. but overall well soundproofed. Very good food in the restaurant. Breakfast with local products: very good. Not many parking spaces in front of the hotel, parking 100m away.

Very well run hotel, the staff were very welcomong and attentive, the comfort room on the second floor was large quiet and nicely decorated and furnished with an excellent modern bathroom. Parking was easy next to the hotel or in the many local free car-parks close by. The food in the restaurant was Michelin class and excellent and the staff very engaging. Hotel and restaurant highly recommended.

Comfortable hotel (apart from very poor quality pillows). Downside: room overlooking the street, therefore very noisy (many passing motorbikes, cars and trucks). No access to the lobby during the day… Very poor value for money (€370 for two nights… Very expensive for this level of quality). Other than that, the staff is very pleasant and the ground floor has been tastefully renovated.

A warm welcome, a succulent meal in a magnificent setting, discreet servers while being available, a lounge bar where we were also able to spend a pleasant moment of relaxation at the end of the evening. Nice renovated room, good welcome, good restaurant. Given the heat of August we were forced to sleep with the window open. We slept badly because that evening there was the night market, and especially the music from the carousel until after midnight as well as the sounds of the road which crosses the village.

We recommend without hesitation the Logis Hotel "Les 2 Lacs" in Clairvaux-les-Lacs in which we stayed (five nights) in June 2023. It is a small hotel on a human scale located in a very beautiful region. The reception there is perfect. The rooms and common areas have obviously been redone recently and everything is immaculate. Although the hotel is close to the road that crosses Clairvaux, the nights are very quiet (virtually no night traffic during the week, with a downside on Saturday evening). The rooms are comfortable; we can possibly regret the small size of the beds (I would say 140 cm wide). There is no parking lot but that is not a problem: there are plenty of free places available nearby. It is pleasant to have breakfast there: the choice is satisfactory and if the weather permits it can be taken on the terrace, facing the church. We had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant "La Poêlée": the room is pleasant and the cuisine is quite sophisticated; this will suit those who want to get away from traditional Jura recipes (morbiflette, fondue, chicken with morels...).
